    I travel with Trip Genius Advisory Safaris and it was very good. From airport pick up to hotel and safari everything go smooth. The guide know many things about animals, sometimes I not understand but he explain again. We see lions, elephants, giraffe, so close. Hotel was clean, food nice.     We had an unforgettable safari with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris! Elisha was responsive and flexible during planning, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Our Kenyan guide, Jacob, was exceptional—his driving skills, wildlife knowledge, and ability to find the best viewing spots made all the difference. The Land Cruisers were sturdy and comfortable in both Kenya and Tanzania. The border transition was seamless, and our Tanzanian guide, Raja, was friendly and professional.     I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.     Bottom line up front: the best trip EVER. That is a bold statement because I have been to over 50 countries (including 8 African countries). The accommodations, the people, the country, our guide and the animals defied all expectations. To start with Kosen (the owner of the tour company) arranged the trip to be exactly what we asked for. No detail was spared. It was our 30th anniversary and there was a special touch at every stop. More importantly, they sponsor schools in the bush to make sure the kids get a chance for education. They have recued young girls and built dormitories so they can get an education and autonomy. Furthermore, they sponsor soccer teams in the slums of Nairobi for impoverished urban kids and create academic support and tutoring programs to help lift them out of poverty.     This was our first time in Kenya,and we had the best time there with Amazing Memories Safaris. Everything from pick-up to the final drop-off was perfect. Everything was very well communicated and they ensured that we had a memorable experience.The owner - Anne was very helpful for choosing very good lodges for our stay during the trip. Our trip started off with Dennis receiving us at the Nairobi airport and he led us to Duncan,who was our guide and driver for the whole Safari.
