  What a memorable safari! From the very beginning Elisha the consultant made everything seamless. He was attentive, professional and always ready to guide us through every step of planning. Once on the ground Big Five the driver turned the experience into pure magic. His knowledge of the parks, patience and sharp eyes for wildlife gave us incredible sightings of lions, elephants, giraffes and more. He drove with such skill and care, making us feel safe and well taken care of. Every detail from the game drives to the lodges was perfectly handled.   Best Safari Ever – Kenya & Uganda 5/5 Me and my wife do 10 days safari in Kenya then gorilla trekking Uganda. Elisha plan everything so good, easy talk, no stress. Our driver Jacob very kind, know animals, show us Big Five and many more. In Uganda we see gorilla family close, very special moment. Lodge nice and food good.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. I was referred by my friend Beth, and I’m so grateful she did! Everything was perfectly organized – from the warm welcome to the professional guide who made each destination come alive with stories, wildlife insights, and photo stops I’ll treasure forever. The wildlife sightings in Maasai Mara were beyond my expectations, and feeding the giraffes up close was such a joy!
