  I have completed Bencia's 7 Days Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha & Amboseli Budget Safari. Booking with Alfred was easy - he answered every email and call quickly, and even suggested the best photo spots for the season. Our driver-guide, Joseph, was outstanding: sharing interesting facts about wildlife, passion, animals, and Maasai culture, and spotting a leopard on a tree branch at sunset! The highlights were endless - huge herds of elephants in front of snow-capped Kilimanjaro in Amboseli, and white rhinos, hippos and birds in Lake Naivasha, and lions, cheetahs in the Mara Plains. The budget accommodation was well-maintained (good beds, clean facilities, power points) and the food was plentiful and delicious - breakfast buffet, packed lunch, and dinner barbecue under the stars. The group size was perfect for building friendships, and the pace was active but not exhausting. Bencia offers really good value - professional, fun and unforgettable. ...more

  I traveled solo and had an incredible experience. The itinerary was well thought out, the guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt safe and supported throughout. The wildlife sightings were unforgettable, and the lodges were comfortable and welcoming. Everything ran smoothly, and I never felt alone.   We booked a 5 days Kenya safaris from our Diani beach resort. We visited Tsavo West, Amboseli and Tsavo East. We saw all the big 5 plus many other wildlife. Our highlight of the trip was seeing large herds of elephants at Amboseli, rhinos at Ngulia Sanctuary (Tsavo West) and red elephants at Tsavo East.   OMG—this was the coolest trip ever! Huge thanks to Lamara Tourism for organizing the most amazing safari for our family. I still can’t get over how close we got to the wildebeest crossing in Masai Mara—it was intense and beautiful at the same time. I even saw a cheetah sprinting across the plains! Jambo Mara felt like a magical campsite with super comfy beds. Lake Nakuru was all pink with flamingos, and I saw a rhino for the first time—so cool! Our hotel in Nakuru (Woodlands) had great food and Wi-Fi, which was perfect for sharing pics with my friends. Lamara, you totally nailed it! ...more

  I arrived at Amboseli National Park with the desire to get away from the hustle and bustle of Nairobi and spend a few days in nature. My private safari began with the well-organized Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris. The guide and driver Joseph was very sincere and experienced. On the first day, I saw a huge herd of elephants - that scene is still vivid in my mind. I stayed in a comfortable lodge surrounded by natural surroundings, where there was a great combination of local and western food. Every morning and afternoon, I went on game drives and saw hyenas, leopards, giraffes and colorful birds. One evening, I was suddenly fascinated by the sight of a lion family on the side of the road. The most memorable moment was seeing the golden light of Kilimanjaro while sipping my morning cup of coffee. This three-day safari was like a dream.
