  Climbing Mount Kenya was a completely different experience for us. As soon as I started the journey on the Sirimon route, I realized that this trek is not just about climbing the peak, but also about experiencing nature from close quarters. The view of the huge trees, rocky paths and Mackinders Valley is really impressive. While descending through the Chogoria route after seeing the greenery of bamboo, fountains and deep gorge valley I wanted to stop again and again.   On the first morning of my journey from Nairobi, I felt as if I had stepped into another world. Not only the road, but the villages on both sides of the road, the green valleys and the occasional wild animals - all this seemed to paint a new canvas in the eyes. The moment I entered the Masai Mara, the sight of the endless wilderness came to my mind.
