  Starting from Nairobi and reaching the vast grasslands of the Masai Mara National Reserve, everything was beautifully organized. The game drive was the most exciting part of the trip. We were able to see several of the Big Five animals up close, including lions, elephants, and buffaloes. The view of the sunset over the savannah was breathtaking. Visiting Maasai village was also a special experience. I really enjoyed learning about their culture and traditions.The three-day trip was short but full and memorable.   I joined a group safari, and it was one of the best things I have ever done. I met new friends from different countries, and we all enjoyed every moment together. Our guide was very kind and made sure everyone was happy. We saw so many animals — lions, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, and zebras. It was exciting to see them so close in their natural home. The car was clean and comfortable, and we stopped often for pictures. The hotels and camps were nice and safe. The food was good, and we always had enough water and fruits. Every day was planned so well, from morning game drives to beautiful sunsets. I liked listening to the guide explain about animal life and the local people. It felt like a big adventure and also a school of nature. I was never bored, and I learned so much. I will tell my friends to join a group safari too. It was truly a wonderful experience! ...more

  This safari was one of the best trips in my life. The guide was very friendly and always ready to help. He told us many stories about the animals and the parks. Every day we saw something new lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, and even a cheetah. The car was comfortable, and we always had enough water and snacks. The lodges were clean, safe, and had beautiful views. The food was good and there was something for everyone to eat. I liked that everything was well organized from the start to the end. The team made sure we were always happy and safe. I felt very close to nature, and every sunset was amazing. It was my first safari, and I will never forget it. I took many pictures to show my friends and family. I hope to come back again one day for a longer trip. It was a wonderful experience full of joy, adventure, and learning.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.
