    In August, I had the most unforgettable safari experience. From the smooth pickup to the breathtaking game drives, everything flowed so naturally. Our guide’s passion and deep knowledge brought the wild to life.. we spotted the Big Five and countless other animals while learning so much about the land and culture.     Best Safari Ever – Kenya & Uganda 5/5 Me and my wife do 10 days safari in Kenya then gorilla trekking Uganda. Elisha plan everything so good, easy talk, no stress. Our driver Jacob very kind, know animals, show us Big Five and many more. In Uganda we see gorilla family close, very special moment. Lodge nice and food good.     I've been on safari many times, but this experience in Hell's Gate National Park was completely different. Where we usually see animals in a jeep, we cycled through chameleon-colored mountains, gurgling gorges, and open nature trails. Zebras and impalas walked side by side - as if they were walking with us! During the boat ride on Lake Naivasha, we saw hippos from close quarters, and the chorus of white herons and mallards seemed to create a strange calm. Lake Nakuru was the final destination of the trip - there were rows of giant flamingos, and we were lucky enough to see two white rhinos.     I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.
