  I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.   We toured Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar with Dallago Tours, and every day was incredible. Their 4 × 4 safari jeeps are comfortable, and the guides are very experienced. The wildlife experience at Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater was amazing. The management of the beach holiday in Zanzibar was perfect - the hotel, transfers, everything went well.
