  I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.   We booked a 10-day safari including Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and Maasai Mara. The tour was organized by Elisha, and the planning process went very smoothly. Elisha was incredibly helpful and quick to answer all of our questions (and we had many, as this was our first safari), providing useful information along the way. Our driver, John, was the perfect guide. From the airport pickup to the game drives, where he showcased all his skills in finding and spotting all the animals we were hoping to see. Thanks to John, we were able to see all the Big Five and all the big cats we were looking for. The accommodations were excellent and conveniently located (either within the park or close to the gates). Food exceeded our expectations, including the lunch box provided during full-day game drives.   I am grateful to Natural World Kenya Safaris because they have given us much more than we expected. Every transfer from the airport was on time and organized. Our tour consultant Abel answered every question before the tour started, even at night. We visited 5 parks, and each park had an experienced and certified guide. Our guide Julius could hear every sound in the forest and knew which way the animals were! We had help choosing hotels from Esther, and each lodge was beautiful and comfortable. The food, the service, the view - everything was great. This is definitely the best family vacation of our lives. ...more
