  I travel with Trip Genius Advisory Safaris and it was very good. From airport pick up to hotel and safari everything go smooth. The guide know many things about animals, sometimes I not understand but he explain again. We see lions, elephants, giraffe, so close. Hotel was clean, food nice.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile. After searching again, I found SOM Travel Solutions at the top of the list — and I’m glad I did! They were wonderful to deal with — soft-spoken, professional, and trustworthy.
