  I went on a safari with Trip Genius Advisory Tours & Safaris with some of my colleagues, and honestly, it was the best trip we’ve ever taken together! Elisha was more than just a planner — he’s an absolute expert. From the hotels to the game drives, every detail was perfectly organized. The lodges were comfortable and welcoming, and each game drive was an adventure — we saw lions, elephants, and so much more, all in their natural habitat. The drivers were okay, but Elisha’s knowledge and guidance made all the difference. We can’t wait to go back again! This was a trip full of laughter, amazing sights, and unforgettable memories.   We are Dallago Tours Kenya Tanzania Ltd. We took the 4-day Masai Mara Safari package, and I have to say it was one of the best decisions of my life. Our stay was at the Elangata Olerai Luxury Camp, which was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Just the sound of crickets at night - absolutely in the middle of nature, perfect silence. Going out on a game drive, our guide was very experienced in showing us the four Big Five - the lion, the elephant, the buffalo, and the leopard. Every moment was full of excitement. The pop-up roof of the van and the fridge inside - these little details make the experience even more memorable.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.
