  I really enjoyed my safari. Everything was better than I expected. The guide was so nice and knew all the good places to see animals. We saw many elephants, lions, hippos, and giraffes. It was so exciting to watch them in the wild. The vehicle was very good and comfortable for long drives. The driver always made sure we had cold water and stopped for photos. The hotels were beautiful, quiet, and clean. The food was tasty and fresh every day. I liked how the whole trip was well planned, and we didn’t have to worry about anything. The people were friendly and always smiling. Every day felt special and full of new surprises. I learned so much about nature and African wildlife. It was my first time in Africa, and I will always remember this adventure. I hope to come again with my family next time because it was truly amazing and full of happiness. ...more

  My safari was very nice. Jacob drive us so careful and show many animals, lion, elephant, giraffe. Elisha arranged everything good, I felt safe, good wellness, good food. I never forget the Great Migration, so amazing for eyes. I will come back again, Inshallah. ...more

  What an incredible trip. From the very first day everything felt smooth and exciting. The guide was full of knowledge and made every game drive unforgettable. We laughed, shared stories, and spotted so many animals up close. The lodges were comfortable and the meals always tasty. Traveling together as a group added so much fun and energy.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.   The sunrise safari experience in Nairobi National Park was like a scene from a movie! Lions, giraffes, and gazelles appeared all at once.
