  What a wonderful tour! We wanted the private tour to take its own time, and this 12-day safari provided just that. I've seen great wildlife in both Kenya and Tanzania. In Masai Mara lions, leopards, elephants - all have been seen from close. Seeing flocks of flamingos and rhinos on the banks of Lake Nakuru was a very special experience. On a clear day in Amboseli, Mt. Seeing Kilimanjaro is a truly memorable moment. At the end, the Ngorongoro Crater amazes us - the animals around, the beautiful scenery, and the tranquil atmosphere.   Our experience with this company was truly amazing from start to finish. They genuinely cared about our comfort and were always flexible and attentive to our preferences, whether it was activities or game drives. Throughout the journey, we felt safe, well taken care of, and completely at ease in every place we visited. Our guide, Jacob, was exceptional knowledgeable, funny, and a real pleasure to be around.   I had an excellent encounter with them. Every service was provided as agreed upon. There are no problems. I was requested to switch hotels, but I refused and was only assigned to the first one. Accommodations were excellent. Two drivers were present during two segments of the journey. The first driver went above and above to take in the magnificent scenery.   I am grateful to Natural World Kenya Safaris because they have given us much more than we expected. Every transfer from the airport was on time and organized. Our tour consultant Abel answered every question before the tour started, even at night. We visited 5 parks, and each park had an experienced and certified guide. Our guide Julius could hear every sound in the forest and knew which way the animals were! We had help choosing hotels from Esther, and each lodge was beautiful and comfortable. The food, the service, the view - everything was great. This is definitely the best family vacation of our lives. ...more
