  I spoke to Joan and she was thorough with everything from when we landed from our trip in SA to when we finished the trip in KE. She mostly cared about my little ones which was so heartwarming. Our trip in Amboseli was the best , she organised a lit dinner as a surprise for my little one since he was turning 6 in a months time. I would definitely recommend them.   Best Safari Ever – Kenya & Uganda 5/5 Me and my wife do 10 days safari in Kenya then gorilla trekking Uganda. Elisha plan everything so good, easy talk, no stress. Our driver Jacob very kind, know animals, show us Big Five and many more. In Uganda we see gorilla family close, very special moment. Lodge nice and food good.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.
