  I found Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris on Facebook while planning a group trip for 16 friends from Germany. I contacted Elisha, who responded quickly and professionally. He listened to us and organized a clear 10-day safari covering Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Amboseli, and Lake Naivasha. Everything was well arranged before arrival. In Nairobi, our driver Jacob met us and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made every drive comfortable and enjoyable. In Masai Mara we saw lions, elephants, cheetahs, and more. Lake Nakuru gave us rhinos and beautiful birdlife. Amboseli was unforgettable with elephants and Mount Kilimanjaro. At Lake Naivasha we enjoyed a boat ride and walking safari at Hell’s Gate. Elisha kept checking on us during the safari to ensure everything was perfect. That care made us feel safe and valued. Hotels, food, and timing were all excellent.   I have completed Bencia's 7 Days Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha & Amboseli Budget Safari. Booking with Alfred was easy - he answered every email and call quickly, and even suggested the best photo spots for the season. Our driver-guide, Joseph, was outstanding: sharing interesting facts about wildlife, passion, animals, and Maasai culture, and spotting a leopard on a tree branch at sunset! The highlights were endless - huge herds of elephants in front of snow-capped Kilimanjaro in Amboseli, and white rhinos, hippos and birds in Lake Naivasha, and lions, cheetahs in the Mara Plains. The budget accommodation was well-maintained (good beds, clean facilities, power points) and the food was plentiful and delicious - breakfast buffet, packed lunch, and dinner barbecue under the stars. The group size was perfect for building friendships, and the pace was active but not exhausting. Bencia offers really good value - professional, fun and unforgettable. ...more

  Our safari with Trip Genius Advisory was amazing. From the first day everything was well arranged and stress free. Elisha helped us plan every detail and always kept in touch. Our driver knew so much about the animals and took us to the best spots.... we saw lions, elephants, rhinos, and many more. The hotels were comfortable, the car was clean, and we always felt safe.   The booking process with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris was smooth and accommodating, even on short notice. Their guide, Ken, arrived early with a safari pop-up vehicle and took guests to the Giraffe Centre, a local market, and Nairobi National Park for a private 5-hour tour. They saw a wide range of wildlife, including lions, rhinos, giraffes, hippos, and more. Ken was knowledgeable, respectful of animals, attentive, and helped with photos without being overly talkative. The experience ended with a visit to Carnivore Restaurant.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.
