  Super Responsive and Good in Time Keeping We had a very nice tour experience with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris. From the first contact, the team was super responsive and always quick to reply. They answered all our questions clearly and in a very kind way. Everything was well organized and time was always respected. Pick-ups, park visits, and hotel check-ins were all on time, which made the whole trip smooth and stress-free. The charges were very okay and affordable for what we received. The hotels were comfortable and well chosen, with good service and nice locations. Everything matched what was promised.We also enjoyed a free cultural tour, which we did not even pay for, and it was a very special experience with the local community.Our guide and operator Elisha is a very good and professional operator.   I joined a group safari, and it was one of the best things I have ever done. I met new friends from different countries, and we all enjoyed every moment together. Our guide was very kind and made sure everyone was happy. We saw so many animals — lions, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, and zebras. It was exciting to see them so close in their natural home. The car was clean and comfortable, and we stopped often for pictures. The hotels and camps were nice and safe. The food was good, and we always had enough water and fruits. Every day was planned so well, from morning game drives to beautiful sunsets. I liked listening to the guide explain about animal life and the local people.   I had an excellent encounter with them. Every service was provided as agreed upon. There are no problems. I was requested to switch hotels, but I refused and was only assigned to the first one. Accommodations were excellent. Two drivers were present during two segments of the journey. The first driver went above and above to take in the magnificent scenery.
