  I spoke to Joan and she was thorough with everything from when we landed from our trip in SA to when we finished the trip in KE. She mostly cared about my little ones which was so heartwarming. Our trip in Amboseli was the best , she organised a lit dinner as a surprise for my little one since he was turning 6 in a months time. I would definitely recommend them.   The booking process with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris was smooth and accommodating, even on short notice. Their guide, Ken, arrived early with a safari pop-up vehicle and took guests to the Giraffe Centre, a local market, and Nairobi National Park for a private 5-hour tour. They saw a wide range of wildlife, including lions, rhinos, giraffes, hippos, and more. Ken was knowledgeable, respectful of animals, attentive, and helped with photos without being overly talkative. The experience ended with a visit to Carnivore Restaurant. From the moment we landed, everything was perfectly organized—from airport pickup, friendly guides, to seamless transfers. We explored Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli, and saw the Big Five up close. Our guide, David, was knowledgeable and made every game drive exciting. Each place had its magic—sunsets in the Mara, boat rides among hippos, and elephants strolling with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. The lodges were clean, scenic, and perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The customer care from Elisha and the team was top-notch.
