  I have completed Bencia's 7 Days Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha & Amboseli Budget Safari. Booking with Alfred was easy - he answered every email and call quickly, and even suggested the best photo spots for the season. Our driver-guide, Joseph, was outstanding: sharing interesting facts about wildlife, passion, animals, and Maasai culture, and spotting a leopard on a tree branch at sunset! The highlights were endless - huge herds of elephants in front of snow-capped Kilimanjaro in Amboseli, and white rhinos, hippos and birds in Lake Naivasha, and lions, cheetahs in the Mara Plains. The budget accommodation was well-maintained (good beds, clean facilities, power points) and the food was plentiful and delicious - breakfast buffet, packed lunch, and dinner barbecue under the stars.   Incredible! Super responsive and caring. The driver was okay, game, drives were so enjoyable and hotels too were comfortable. Although we felt charged high but the general service was good. Thanks to this amazing Company. I recommend to anyone going to Africa. Asante. ...more

  I was very lucky to get the last chance to join this safari. I came late, but everything went perfectly! From the first day, the team helped me with all the plans and made me feel welcome. The guide was friendly and very smart about animals. We saw so many — lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and hippos. The game drives were exciting, and the car was comfortable. The hotels and camps were clean and had great food. I liked the sunsets and the peaceful nights. The group was fun, and we became like a small family. Every day was full of adventure and laughter. I learned a lot about nature and African wildlife. Even though I joined at the last minute, everything was well organized, and I didn’t miss anything. I am so happy I didn’t give up on this chance.   We booked a 5 days Kenya safaris from our Diani beach resort. We visited Tsavo West, Amboseli and Tsavo East. We saw all the big 5 plus many other wildlife. Our highlight of the trip was seeing large herds of elephants at Amboseli, rhinos at Ngulia Sanctuary (Tsavo West) and red elephants at Tsavo East.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.
