After breakfast in the morning, get engrossed in sightseeing a half day morning excursion to Elephanta cave. The site also has some sculptures which are attributed to the imperial Rashtrakutas of Manyakheta (presently Karnataka). Trimurti of Elephanta shows three faces of Shiva almost resembles to the trinity of Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh.

In the afternoon, visit the Gateway of India. The monument has exceptional combination of both Hindu and Muslim architectural styles.
