I was stuck in the lockdown from March 16th, no trains were running from Sambalpur, although the state government of Odisha stated it has started intradistrict buses. I then was got the news that government of India has started 200 trains and one was running from Bhubaneswar through Secunderabad, now to reach there I took the services of Varun Travels Sambalpur, I spoke over the phone to Rahul, the owner of the travel, a well behaved guy who stated his price and shared the details of his vehicle with driver's on time, he followed up if I had spoken with the driver or not, called up the driver was amazed to hear a very professional voice talking to me, I asked him can we start the journey in the early hours to which he agreed, the driver was very respectful. Am really impressed and reccomend to use Varun Travels if ever you are in Sambalpur, Odisha for a complete and comfortable journey. ...more

Few things command more respect than hard work, integrity, dedication and the ability to follow through. These are among the many attributes we experienced from start to finish when organizing our trip to Bhubaneswar with this travel agent. This travel agent is an excellent listener and pays attention to detail; a lost quality in today’s world. I am a big believer in managing expectations and I must say that thanks to this agent, her years of experience and wonderful demeanor and disposition. Selecting a travel agent and advisor can be frustrating and even dicey at times. Not in this case. We could not be more pleased with every component of our adventure and must give this agent, the tour company, the highest marks possible. Thank you!!! ...more
