Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Bagdogra → Phuentsholing

Distance: ~170 km | Drive time: 4-5 hours
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport and proceed by road to Phuentsholing, the gateway city to Bhutan. The drive takes you through the scenic foothills of West Bengal with lush greenery and river views. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax after the journey.
In the evening, you may explore the local market or visit Zangto Pelri Lhakhang, a beautiful temple located in the city center.

Day 2

Phuentsholing → Thimphu

Distance: ~165 km | Drive time: 6-7 hours
After breakfast, complete immigration and permit formalities at the Phuentsholing office. Once cleared, drive towards Thimphu, Bhutan's capital city. The journey is incredibly scenic, passing through winding mountain roads, waterfalls, and dense forests.
On arrival, check in to your hotel. If time permits, take a leisurely walk around Clock Tower Square and local handicraft shops.

Day 3

Thimphu → Punakha → Thimphu (day Excursion)

Distance: ~75 km one way | Drive time: 3 hours one way
After breakfast, drive to Punakha via the breathtaking Dochula Pass (3,100 m), famous for its 108 chortens and panoramic Himalayan views (weather permitting).
Continue to Punakha and visit the magnificent Punakha Dzong, located at the confluence of the Pho Chu and Mo Chu rivers. You may also take a short walk across the suspension bridge, one of the longest in Bhutan.
In the afternoon, return to Thimphu.

Day 4

Thimphu → Paro

Distance: ~55 km | Drive time: 1.5-2 hours
After breakfast, explore Thimphu's key attractions:
Buddha Dordenma Statue
Memorial Chorten
Tashichho Dzong
Folk Heritage Museum or National Institute for Zorig Chusum (arts & crafts)
Later, drive to Paro, a beautiful valley town. Check in to your hotel and relax. Evening free to stroll around Paro town.

Paro - Tiger's Nest Monastery Excursion

After an early breakfast, begin the excursion to Taktsang Monastery (Tiger's Nest), Bhutan's most iconic site. The monastery clings dramatically to a cliff at 3,120 meters above sea level.
The hike takes about 4-5 hours round trip, passing through pine forests and viewpoints. Ponies are available up to the halfway point.
After descending, return to your hotel and rest. Overnight stay: Paro

Paro → Phuentsholing

Distance: ~290 km | Drive time: 7-8 hours
After breakfast, begin the long but scenic drive back to Phuentsholing. Enjoy changing landscapes as you descend from the high valleys to the plains.

50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the tour.
An official invoice will be issued against the advance payment.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour or on arrival, as mentioned in the invoice.
Tour services will be confirmed only after receipt of the advance amount.
Payments can be made via bank transfer / UPI / other approved payment modes.
Failure to make payments as per the schedule may result in cancellation of services.
