Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport, the journey begins toward Phuentsholing, which is the Indo-Bhutan border town.
The drive is approximately 170 km and takes about 3–4 hours, passing through lush tea gardens and the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas.
After checking into the hotel in Phuentsholing, the evening is reserved for a walk to local attractions such as the Zangto Pelri Lhakhang Temple, a replica of Guru Rinpoche's celestial abode, and the Phuentsholing Market for local crafts.

After breakfast and completing immigration formalities, the 160 km drive to Thimphu begins, expected to take 5–6 hours.
Stops en route include the Chuzom Bridge, where the Paro and Thimphu rivers meet, and the Kharbandi Goenpa, a monastery offering panoramic views.
The itinerary also includes stops at scenic spots like the Wankha Waterfalls.
Upon arrival in Thimphu, guests check into their hotel.
The evening is to be spent at the Clock Tower Square, the vibrant social center of Thimphu.

The day starts early with a 75 km drive to Punakha, which is about 2.5 hours one way.
The first stop is Dochula Pass (3,150 m), which provides spectacular Himalayan views and is notable for its 108 memorial chortens.
In Punakha, the tour includes visiting the Punakha Dzong, one of Bhutan’s most stunning fortresses.
Visitors will also walk across the Punakha Suspension Bridge and visit the Chimi Lhakhang (Fertility Temple).
If time allows, the Punakha Rice Fields can be explored.
The tour returns to Thimphu for the night.

The day begins with Thimphu sightseeing, starting at the National Memorial Chorten.
Next is the Buddha Dordenma Statue, a gigantic golden Buddha providing breathtaking views of the valley.
The tour includes a stop at the Royal Takin Preserve to see Bhutan’s national animal, and the Simply Bhutan Museum for cultural experiences like traditional attire, crafts, and archery demonstrations.
Before leaving Thimphu, the group will visit the Folk Heritage Museum and Thimphu Dzong.
Afterward, there is a drive of approximately 50 km (1.5 hours) to Paro.
Upon arrival, guests check into their hotel and have the evening at leisure.

After breakfast, a half-day hike is planned to the iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Paro Taktsang), which is perched dramatically on a cliff and is known for its spiritual energy and panoramic views. Horses are available for hire if needed.
Following the trek, guests have the option of a traditional hot stone bath for relaxation.
On the return journey, stops include the Drukgyel Dzong, an ancient defense outpost, and the Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest and most sacred temples.

The morning is dedicated to Paro sightseeing, starting with the Rinpung Dzong, a magnificent fortress.

After sightseeing, the 148 km drive back to Phuentsholing begins, which takes approximately 4.5 hours.
Guests check into their hotel to enjoy a calm evening in the border town.
