  We traveled around different parts of India with Brij Tours and we are very happy with our experience. The best parts were: 1. Mr.Bankey who planned our entire trip, accommodated our interests and desires, gave great tips. He was great at communication and very easy to reach at all times. 2. Communicating with just one company who planned everything for us, so through one portal we were able to manage the entire trip. 3. The company has good partners in almost all cities, so gets great deals at good hotels. The lower side to consider was that ome hotels didn't meet our expectations, while others exceeded. For example, 2 hotels gave us a mattress on the floor instead of an extra bed which obviously wasn't what we paid for. We were too tired to complain, so make sure you sort this out (and ask the company to sort this ahead of time). Overall, very good experience. Mr.Bankey gave us complementary cakes on our birthdays, which was really kind! ...more

  We have had excellent services from Traveller's Point during our recent visit to India. During 2018 whilst scouting around for good deals & 5 star accommodation I had received numerous quotes from different agencies ,Tasneem came through with the BEST deal ! A lady with brilliant manners and tolerance (as I had many changes)We were always picked up and transferred on time every time to our destination, We were kept informed and updated at all times during our stay at the different Cities, All our additional requests were met with ease with no additional costs (especially our extra baggage) My next visit to India and Bali will be planned by Tasneem , I entrust her with all my travel arrangements.   My Bali trip had a journey to the north for trekking in West Bali National Park, then down south to Uluwatu temple, and from the beaches in Pemuteran & Jimbaran right to the top of Mt Batur, with places in between like Lake Beratan, Tanah Lot, Taman Ayun, Lake Tamblingan & Buyan… The U & I Travels team did an excellent job right from Day 1 in making arrangements according to my itinerary, eg transport & guides. They’re very professional and their fees were reasonable too. The driver was very friendly, careful and also very punctual. It's my 4th visit to Bali but this time, it’s the best!   Hello , we had booked Bali trip from happy holiday travel agent and it was really amaizing including direct flight and cab with drivers n guide provided for everyday . Hotel was good . The only problem that we arrived before the check out time of hotel so we had to wait for 1.5 hrs in the lobby as the room was not vacant. This coordination was lacking by travel agent and hotel . Rest everything’s was amaizing . Private pool villa I would rate it average as the water quality over there was bad .rest amnities provides good. Each and every day spent was special ..best was the scuba diving and paragliding experinace followed by sunset view of ulluwatu temple. Just amaizing !! ...more
