  This is our 4th trip through AR holidays and till now we had quite pleasant experience. We have been to Bali, Goa, Sasan Gir and recently went to Udaipur. Bali they provided us 5 star property Hilton Inn, Goa they gave us Bloom suites 4 star property. Property was not so big but ambience was good. Sasan gir expereince was not so good as they gave us 3 star hotel. udaipur they gave us spectrum resort which has online rating of 5 star but i would give it 4 star property. Overally my experience is good but after my next trip i will give them 5 star if provided good resort. Thank u AR holidays for good expereince so far. ...more

  Both the trip and the travel company were spectacular. We had never traveled to Bali and weren't quite sure what to expect. From the start of planning all the way through our flight back to Lucknow, the travel planner and his team made the entire experience a delight. The service of this particular agency was the best we've had. They were available 24 hours a day by both social media and mobile phones. They were very prompt in addressing any issues or questions.   We have had excellent services from Traveller's Point during our recent visit to India. During 2018 whilst scouting around for good deals & 5 star accommodation I had received numerous quotes from different agencies ,Tasneem came through with the BEST deal ! A lady with brilliant manners and tolerance (as I had many changes)We were always picked up and transferred on time every time to our destination, We were kept informed and updated at all times during our stay at the different Cities, All our additional requests were met with ease with no additional costs (especially our extra baggage) My next visit to India and Bali will be planned by Tasneem , I entrust her with all my travel arrangements.
