Airport welcome followed by a private transfer to your Kathmandu hotel. After check in, meet the trek team for a briefing and final preparation for the trek. Overnight at a tourist standard hotel with breakfast included.

Take an early morning mountain flight from Kathmandu to Lukla then meet the trekking team and begin a gentle walk along the Dudh Koshi valley to Phakding. The trek is approximately 3 to 4 hours and finishes with an overnight teahouse stay with all main meals provided.

Follow the river through forest and Sherpa settlements, enter Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo, cross the Hillary Suspension Bridge and climb to Namche Bazaar, the Sherpa hub of the Khumbu. The day includes varied terrain with cultural and scenic highlights.

Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar with a hike toward Syangboche and the Everest View Hotel for mountain views. Return to Namche to sleep at a lower altitude and free time is available to explore the town and local markets.

Walk from Namche Bazaar with stunning views of Everest, Nuptse and Ama Dablam, descend to the river and climb to Tengboche. Visit the famous Buddhist monastery in Tengboche. Trekking time is approximately 5 to 6 hours.

Descend through forest, cross the Imja Khola and continue through Pangboche and alpine settlements to Dingboche. The trek covers varied terrain and takes approximately 5 to 6 hours, gaining altitude as you move into the higher alpine zone.

A second acclimatization day in Dingboche with an optional hike toward Nangkartsang Peak at 5,170 m for wide mountain views or a lighter alternative chosen with your guide. Return to Dingboche for the second night to allow your body to adjust to higher altitude.

Ascend through the upper Khumbu valley passing climbers memorials at Thukla Chupki Lhara and continue along the moraine to reach Lobuche. The walk is mostly uphill and takes approximately 3 to 4 hours in thinner air.

Walk to Gorakshep leaving heavier gear at the lodge and continue along the Khumbu Glacier moraine to Everest Base Camp at 5,364 m. Spend time at base camp to experience the glacier and surrounding peaks then return to Gorakshep. Total trekking time for the day is approximately 8 to 9 hours.

Start before dawn for the sunrise hike to Kala Patthar at 5,545 m, the trek highest point and one of the best viewpoints of Mount Everest. Return to Gorakshep for breakfast then descend to Pheriche. The full day is strenuous with approximately 7 to 8 hours of trekking.

Retrace the trail through the Khumbu descending through familiar settlements and greener landscapes as you head back to Namche Bazaar. The day involves long descent sections and is approximately 7 to 8 hours of trekking.

Descend through villages and forest, cross familiar suspension bridges and follow the Dudh Koshi back to Lukla. The day is long with approximately 6 to 7 hours of trekking and returns you to the gateway airstrip at Lukla.

Morning flight from Lukla back to Kathmandu. On arrival transfer to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day free to relax or explore the city. The day concludes with an included farewell dinner at your Kathmandu hotel.
