60 days or more prior to arrival date in India - 15% of the total amount payable penalty.

30 - 59 days prior to arrival date in India - 25% of the total amount payable penalty.

22 - 29 days prior to arrival date in India - 35% of the total amount payable penalty.

15 - 21 days prior to arrival date in India - 50% of the total amount payable penalty.

0 - 14 days prior to arrival date in India - 100% of the total amount payable penalty.

After arrival in India (or without notice) - no refund.

An administration fee of $100 will be applicable for all cancelled tours.

The owner, Kunzang, is a young and very enthusiastic person. He arranged everything extremely well for us for entire Ladakh trip. The costing he offered was the best among all other agents we contacted. He met us almost everyday in Ladakh and asked if we needed anything.
