  My fiancé and I had an incredible safari experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and well-organized. Our guide was not only friendly and knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about sharing the wildlife and culture with us, which made every moment special. We felt safe, comfortable, and fully taken care of the entire trip. The scenery, the animals, and the small personal touches throughout made it absolutely memorable.   Our experience with this company was truly amazing from start to finish.   Our safari was pure magic. Everything was well taken care of, no rushing, just calm and ease. The guide made it feel alive with stories, jokes, and patience when we were tired. We saw lions up close, elephants moving gracefully, flamingos painting the lake, and Kilimanjaro rising like a dream. It wasn’t staged, it was real — with long drives, laughter, small struggles, and warmth that made it human. More than photos, it gave me connection and peace.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.   Bottom line up front: the best trip EVER. That is a bold statement because I have been to over 50 countries (including 8 African countries). The accommodations, the people, the country, our guide and the animals defied all expectations. To start with Kosen (the owner of the tour company) arranged the trip to be exactly what we asked for. No detail was spared. It was our 30th anniversary and there was a special touch at every stop. More importantly, they sponsor schools in the bush to make sure the kids get a chance for education. They have recued young girls and built dormitories so they can get an education and autonomy. Furthermore, they sponsor soccer teams in the slums of Nairobi for impoverished urban kids and create academic support and tutoring programs to help lift them out of poverty.
