Everything was smooth from start to finish, and the pricing felt very fair for the level of service and quality provided. The drivers were excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and made every game drive enjoyable and relaxed while helping us see incredible wildlife.The lodges were comfortable, clean, and well selected, offering great places to unwind after long safari days.What stood out most was Elisha’s personal care throughout the trip. He stayed in touch during the safari and even after departure, ensuring everything was going well, which made the experience feel very personal and well managed.   What a memorable safari! From the very beginning Elisha the consultant made everything seamless. He was attentive, professional and always ready to guide us through every step of planning. Once on the ground Big Five the driver turned the experience into pure magic. His knowledge of the parks, patience and sharp eyes for wildlife gave us incredible sightings of lions, elephants, giraffes and more.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.
