Kindly read the Itinerary carefully we can make changes only before book the package.
After book the package there will be no changes in Itinerary.
For Accommodation you can check the hotel reviews online and see the property on Google, after reaching at the property we cannot change the hotel.
Payment schedule depends on destination, time of booking, inclusions, airline, and hotel payment policy, etc. thus it is specific to your package bookings.
The payment schedule will be part of our proposal to you for the package.
If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation email, Rezbook Global Dmc. reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.
Service vouchers will be released after full and final payment & compulsory notes clearance.
Prices can be changed according to availability & dollar exchange at the time of booking.
No Refund on unused service or last minute changes.
The company has the right to change excursion days and sequence of tourist sites, according to the weather and/or other force-majeure situations.
The hotels can be replaced with similar ones.
Last-minute changes in any package will not be entertained by Rezbook Global Pvt Ltd.
Offer rates may be denied at the time without any prior notice due to Blackout dates, festive holidays & Limited availability.
The bedding configuration (DBL/TWIN) depends on the hotel's discretion and is subject to availability at the time of Check-In.
The rate quoted will be only valid if no. of pax remains the same as above.

Payment Terms & Methods :

* 20% Advance Percentage of total booking amount

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Once the booking is received: INR 2500 (PER PAX as our service charge) + hotel cancellation as per hotel policy + visa fee if a visa is applied.
30-25 days prior to departure: 25 % of land cost + INR 2500 (PER PAX as our service charge) + hotel cancellation as per hotel policy + visa fee if a visa is applied.
25-7 days prior to departure: 50 % of land cost + INR 2500 (PER PAX as our service charge) + hotel cancellation as per hotel policy + visa fee if a visa is applied.
Within 7 days: Full Cancellation, Non-Refundable.
