  Aarket bazzar to Machhi khola

• Day 4 : Khola - Jagat

  Machhi khola to Jagat (Started Permits for manaslu).

• Day 5 : Jagat - Philim

  Jagat to Philim.

• Day 6 : Philim - Deng

  Philim to Deng.

• Day 7 : Deng - Namrung

  Deng to Namrung.

• Day 8 : Syala

  Namrung to Low/ Syala.

• Day 9 : Low - Samagaun

  Low to Samagaun.

• Day 10 : Samagaun

  Samagaun Rest acclimatized.

• Day 11 : Samagaun - Samdo

  Samagaun to Samdo.

• Day 12 : Samdo - Larkya - La base camp

  Samdo to Larkya - La base camp (Dharmashala)

• Day 13 : Larkya - La Base Camp

  Larkya - La Base Camp(4450mtrs) to pass (5213 m) Bimtang (3720 m).

• Day 14 : Bimtang - Tilche

  Tal to Chamje 2 hours and catch Jeep to Kathmandu.
