  I travel with Trip Genius Advisory Safaris and it was very good. From airport pick up to hotel and safari everything go smooth. The guide know many things about animals, sometimes I not understand but he explain again. We see lions, elephants, giraffe, so close. Hotel was clean, food nice.   I had an excellent encounter with them. Every service was provided as agreed upon. There are no problems. I was requested to switch hotels, but I refused and was only assigned to the first one. Accommodations were excellent. Two drivers were present during two segments of the journey. The first driver went above and above to take in the magnificent scenery.
