  This safari was one of the best trips in my life. The guide was very friendly and always ready to help. He told us many stories about the animals and the parks. Every day we saw something new lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, and even a cheetah. The car was comfortable, and we always had enough water and snacks. The lodges were clean, safe, and had beautiful views. The food was good and there was something for everyone to eat. I liked that everything was well organized from the start to the end. The team made sure we were always happy and safe. I felt very close to nature, and every sunset was amazing. It was my first safari, and I will never forget it. I took many pictures to show my friends and family. I hope to come back again one day for a longer trip. It was a wonderful experience full of joy, adventure, and learning.   The booking process with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris was smooth and accommodating, even on short notice. Their guide, Ken, arrived early with a safari pop-up vehicle and took guests to the Giraffe Centre, a local market, and Nairobi National Park for a private 5-hour tour. They saw a wide range of wildlife, including lions, rhinos, giraffes, hippos, and more. Ken was knowledgeable, respectful of animals, attentive, and helped with photos without being overly talkative. The experience ended with a visit to Carnivore Restaurant.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.
