  I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.   I visited Diani and the Maasai Mara in January 2025, and it was an unforgettable adventure. Diani’s beaches were absolutely stunning, with powdery white sand and crystal-clear water. The weather was perfect for both relaxation and water activities like snorkeling. The local culture added to the charm, making my stay incredibly enjoyable. The Maasai Mara was the highlight of the trip. Seeing the Big Five up close in their natural habitat was beyond words.
