    I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.     I am grateful to Natural World Kenya Safaris because they have given us much more than we expected. Every transfer from the airport was on time and organized. Our tour consultant Abel answered every question before the tour started, even at night. We visited 5 parks, and each park had an experienced and certified guide. Our guide Julius could hear every sound in the forest and knew which way the animals were! We had help choosing hotels from Esther, and each lodge was beautiful and comfortable.
