  I really enjoyed my safari. Everything was better than I expected. The guide was so nice and knew all the good places to see animals. We saw many elephants, lions, hippos, and giraffes. It was so exciting to watch them in the wild. The vehicle was very good and comfortable for long drives. The driver always made sure we had cold water and stopped for photos. The hotels were beautiful, quiet, and clean. The food was tasty and fresh every day. I liked how the whole trip was well planned, and we didn’t have to worry about anything. The people were friendly and always smiling. Every day felt special and full of new surprises. I learned so much about nature and African wildlife.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.   Just returned from an unforgettable 3-day safari in Amboseli with my friends, organized by Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris — and it was simply amazing! The view of Mount Kilimanjaro was magical, especially in the early morning light. We saw large herds of elephants up close, plus lions, giraffes, zebras, and so many birds! Our guide was professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English and even a little Mandarin, which made us feel at home. The accommodation was comfortable, the meals were delicious, and everything ran smoothly from pickup to drop-off. I was referred by my friend Beth, and I’m so grateful she did! Everything was perfectly organized – from the warm welcome to the professional guide who made each destination come alive with stories, wildlife insights, and photo stops I’ll treasure forever. The wildlife sightings in Maasai Mara were beyond my expectations, and feeding the giraffes up close was such a joy!
