  What a memorable safari! From the very beginning Elisha the consultant made everything seamless. He was attentive, professional and always ready to guide us through every step of planning. Once on the ground Big Five the driver turned the experience into pure magic. His knowledge of the parks, patience and sharp eyes for wildlife gave us incredible sightings of lions, elephants, giraffes and more. He drove with such skill and care, making us feel safe and well taken care of. Every detail from the game drives to the lodges was perfectly handled.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.   I arrived at Amboseli National Park with the desire to get away from the hustle and bustle of Nairobi and spend a few days in nature. My private safari began with the well-organized Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris. The guide and driver Joseph was very sincere and experienced. On the first day, I saw a huge herd of elephants - that scene is still vivid in my mind. I stayed in a comfortable lodge surrounded by natural surroundings, where there was a great combination of local and western food. Every morning and afternoon, I went on game drives and saw hyenas, leopards, giraffes and colorful birds. One evening, I was suddenly fascinated by the sight of a lion family on the side of the road. The most memorable moment was seeing the golden light of Kilimanjaro while sipping my morning cup of coffee. This three-day safari was like a dream.
