  Super Responsive and Good in Time Keeping We had a very nice tour experience with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris. From the first contact, the team was super responsive and always quick to reply. They answered all our questions clearly and in a very kind way. Everything was well organized and time was always respected. Pick-ups, park visits, and hotel check-ins were all on time, which made the whole trip smooth and stress-free. The charges were very okay and affordable for what we received. The hotels were comfortable and well chosen, with good service and nice locations. Everything matched what was promised.We also enjoyed a free cultural tour, which we did not even pay for, and it was a very special experience with the local community.Our guide and operator Elisha is a very good and professional operator.   We booked a 10-day safari including Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and Maasai Mara. The tour was organized by Elisha, and the planning process went very smoothly. Elisha was incredibly helpful and quick to answer all of our questions (and we had many, as this was our first safari), providing useful information along the way. Our driver, John, was the perfect guide. From the airport pickup to the game drives, where he showcased all his skills in finding and spotting all the animals we were hoping to see. Thanks to John, we were able to see all the Big Five and all the big cats we were looking for. The accommodations were excellent and conveniently located (either within the park or close to the gates). Food exceeded our expectations, including the lunch box provided during full-day game drives.
