Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Onto the luxurious Mt. Kenya Safari Club – passing by the Equator.

  Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi; you will be met as you disembark off the flight and assisted through immigration and custom procedures. After passing through customs, your waiting team from Safari Trails will meet you and drive to the Mt. Kenya Area, to the highest mountain in Kenya, straddling the Equator – Mt. Kenya. This Mountain is filled with distinctive giant vegetation and the vast gentle slopes are cloaked in lush forest and bamboo jungle. You also get a chance to stop at the Equator. Check in at the famous Mt. Kenya Safari Club, from where you can enjoy a spectacular view of Mt. Kenya – the highest peak of Kenya. Later, enjoy an Indian lunch here. The beautiful and majestic surroundings abound with a variety of game, including elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, several species of gazelles and monkeys. This evening, enjoy a delicious Indian dinner. Overnight at Mount Kenya Safari Club.

• Day 2 : Proceed to the Ark Lodge/Mountain Lodge and enjoy game viewing too!

  After an American breakfast, drive Aberdare National Park. Check into Aberdare Country Club for lunch. After lunch transfer to Ark Lodge, which is ideally located in the Aberdare National Park and overlooking a water-hole? In the evening, you can watch a host of wild animals visiting the waterhole. This evening, enjoy a delicious Indian dinner. Spend the night at the Lodge viewing various animals as they come to visit the waterhole and saltlicks. Dinner and overnight at the Ark Lodge/ Mountain Lodge

• Day 3 : Onto the beautiful Lake Nakuru. Visit to baboon cliff.

  Breakfast at the Lodge. Morning drive via Nyahururu Falls (Thompson’s falls) to Lake Nakuru set in a picturesque landscape of surrounding woodland and grassland next to Nakuru town. Lunch at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge. You proceed on an exciting game-drive including a visit to Baboon cliff. You have a chance to see the white rhino and sighting of leopards at Lake Nakuru. You can get a close view of the pink flamingos and other water birds – a total of 450 varieties. Evening drive to Lake Naivasha region. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort

• Day 4 : Onto the world-famous Masai mara game reserve!

  After an American breakfast, proceed to the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve via the Great Rift Valley. En route enjoy the beautiful scenery. Arrive at your lodge in time for Indian lunch and check in at the lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy an enthralling game-viewing drive. Spotting lions, cheetahs and other spectacular predators is the highlight of your day. This evening, enjoy a sumptuous Indian dinner at your lodge. Overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge/Mara Sarova Camp/Mara Sentrim Camp

• Day 5 : A full day of game-viewing!

  Early morning, you set out on an exciting game-drive to view the teeming wildlife savoring their morning kill. After breakfast, proceed on a full-day game-viewing drive to search for the myriad species of game that make this reserve their home. If you are lucky, you can witness the kill in action, moment by moment, right in front of your unbelieving eyes! After a sumptuous lunch at your lodge, proceed for another exciting game drive, where you can expect to see the famous 'Big 5'. All meals and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge/Mara Sarova Camp/Mara Sentrim Camp

• Day 6 : Mara- Nairobi

  Breakfast at the lodge. Morning drive back to Nairobi arriving at lunch time. Overnight at Intercontinental Hotel/Sentrim Boulevard Hotel.

• Day 7 : Depart Nairobi

  Breakfast at the hotel. Morning is spent at leisure. Afternoon transfer to Jomo Kenyatta Airport for your International departure flight back home.
