* 25% Advance Percentage of total booking amount - non refundable in any case. Rest amount to be paid in two parts. A/. 50 % to be paid 15 days prior to arrival. B/ Balance 50 % upon arrival at Varanasi.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

> In case of any cancellation, The Confirmatory Advance deposit 25% will not be refunded in any case.

> Booking will be cancelled if second instalment is not received 15 days prior to arrival AND Advance deposit 25 % will not be refunded in this case.

> Only 10 % refund of second installment will be allowed if cancellation made after this period of 15 days. Advance deposit 25% will not be refunded.

> No refund if cancellation made 3 days prior to arrival day.

> No refund If No-show
