Package Overview

Paragliding adventure day tour from Reykjavik, along the south coast of Iceland.
Driving along the South Coast of Iceland in a big 4×4 vehicle is an adventure in itself. On a clear day you will have a stunning view of Eyjafjallajökull (the famous volcano) and the fairy tale like Vestmannaeyjar archipelago for most of the drive. We stop at all the most important sites; Seljalandsfoss, Gljúfrabúi and Skógafoss waterfalls, Mýrdalsjökull glacier, Black sand beach with basalt columns. We will also take you to some of our own personal favourites. You will see and experience all the contrasting landscape Iceland has to offer; lunar lavafields, geothermal areas, black beaches, glaciers, volcanoes, vibrant green moss spreads, waterfalls and perhaps even a Puffin if you are lucky.

PARAGLIDING TANDEM FLIGHT – OPTIONAL EXTRA
Paragliding in tandem with an Instructor is a unique way to experience Iceland from the best view! Anyone can do it, no experience needed. Enjoy silently gliding with the birds over Seljalandsfoss, Skógafoss or the black beach Reynisfjara. For an added adrenaline rush, ask your pilot to do wing-overs or spirals!

• Bring with you: Good and sturdy hiking boots, wind and rain proof clothing, gloves, hat (note that it is considerably colder in the air than it is on the ground)
