Day 1 : Vizag-Araku
Morning one of our tour manager will pick you up and will proceed to Araku (Note: If you have train tickets then you can travel by train and we will pick you from Araku railway station. If you do not have train tickets then we will take you on road to Araku with out any extra cost.) Reach Araku by afternoon and check-in to the resort. After fresh up you can visit Araku tribal Museum, Coffee Museum, Padmapuram Gardens & Chapurai and return to the resort by evening 06:30 PM. Rest of the day at leisure and overnight stay at the resort.
Day 2 : Araku- Vizag
After breakfast checkout of the resort and return back to Vizag. En-route visit Ananthagiri coffee plantations, Galikonda view point, Borracaves & Simhachalam temple (If time permits). By evening 05:30 PM drop you back at Vizag.
Note: No Vizag site-seeing included in this package.

Payment Terms & Methods :
50% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

Please carry a valid identity proof (Passport, Driver's License PAN Card etc.) as they are required during check in.
Check-In time is 10:00/1200 hours and the Check-Out time is 10:00/1200 hours.
Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability of rooms. If in case if you arrive early then hotel might charge you extra amount which need to be paid by guest directly at the hotel.

50 % on day 1 on arrival
NOTE :Our vehicles will not go to katiki waterfalls near Borracaves because of bad road conditions. Only jeeps go till a certain point to reach katiki waterfalls from that point you will have to cross a railway bridge and trek for 4 km up and down. If you intend you may perform this on your own.
NOTE: If you Travel by train from Vizag to Araku then on that day there will be no Breakfast served as you need to check out from hotel at 06:00 AM to catch the train. (If Your Meal Plan Includes Breakfast)
Holidays:-During local or national holidays or special events, peek seasons, on Sundays, and during religious occasions, certain facilities such as museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing tours, hotels, and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible. Leisure Holiday Planners cannot be held responsible for any closures, necessary itinerary changes or curtails for any reason.
Cancellation Policy:
15 % cancellation charges on the complete package cost for cancellation requested more than 30 Days before from date of commencement of the package
35 % cancellation charges on the complete package cost for cancellation requested in between 15 - 30 days from the date of commencement of the package
50 % cancellation charges on the complete package cost for cancellations requested in between 7-15 days from date of commencement of package
75% cancellation charges on the complete package cost for cancellations requested in between 2-7 days from date of commencement of package
100% No Refund on the complete package cost on cancellations requested with in 48 Hours from date of commencement of package
Note: The proposed Quote and Inclusions is subject to availability at the time of package confirmation.
1.-The above itinerary is suggested Tour Plan. The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are Suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
2.-Check in and Checkout Timing of the Hotel will be according to the timing of the respective Hotels.
3.-Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.
4.-Company is not responsible, nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour.
5.-Dollar rates are applicable only to Foreign nationals & Indians possessing foreign passports, while the INR package rates will be applicable to Indian nationals.
6.-Any Claim related to the Package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week.
7.-If the Company is unable to provide accommodations at the booked hotels due to natural or unavoidable circumstances that interrupt the expected course of events, the clients will be provided with equivalent or higher category accommodations
