Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : ARRIVAL – SRINAGAR – GULMARG

  After reaching Srinagar airport, meet with our representative and start your tour journey towards the hotel. After refreshing yourself leave from the hotel move towards Gulmarg (2440 Meters above Sea level). It is one of the most beautiful hill stations and also called “Meadows of Flower ''. The drive past colorful villages and rice fields, gives you an insight of the rich cultural past of Kashmir. We arrive at a small picturesque market town of Tangmarg and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and the highest golf course with 18 holes. On arrival I had the pleasure of seeing soothing beauty around the meadows. In Gulmarg we will board the Gondola cable car system and ascend towards the Affarwat Mountain range. The 08 minutes of rope-way will take you past colourful shepherd huntsmen to the lower ridge of the Afarwat peak. From here you can click lots of photos of the nearby mountain ranges that stand tall like sentinels guarding the rich natural beauty of Kashmir valley.In the evening return back to hotel overnight there.
  Note: In winter due to heavy snow we require a chain vehicle from Tangmarg to Gulmarg to reach safely and that is not included in the package because it totally depends upon snow.

• Day 2 : Gulmarg

  Visit Strawberry Valley
  This is not actually a valley or anything but just a part of Gulmarg where there is a small strawberry plantation. Even the plantation is alive during the winter season only. The rest of the time it is just a bunch of dried-up plants, nothing more. There is a campsite here though by the name of Gulmarg Meadows. So if you are interested in camping and want to stay a bit out of main Gulmarg town then go to Strawberry valley.
  
  Drung Waterfall
  Drung Waterfall, also known as Drang Waterfall or Durung Waterfall, is a destination that must find a place in your itinerary if you are planning a winter trip to Kashmir. It may not be that large in size but the sight that it presents in the winter season is truly majestic and is sure to charm you off your feet.
  As the temperature in the valley drops, the water of this fall starts to freeze. By early January, the entire face of the mountain that it falls from is covered by a thick layer of ice. The water still continues to flow down but is surrounded by huge icicles and snow. In the evening return back to hotel.

• Day 3 : GULMARG – SRINAGAR

  In early morning leave from the hotel move towards Srinagar visit dal lake take a shikara ride after that visit nigeen lake The Nigeen lake is surrounded by a large number of willow and poplar trees. Hence, it has come to be referred as a “nageena”, which means “the jewel in the ring”. The word “nigeen” is a local variant of the same word. In the evening return back to houseboat overnight there.

• Day 4 : DEPARTURE

  Today after breakfast, with the sweet memories of Kashmir we will transfer you to SRINAGAR airport for your onward journey to your respective destinations.
