Day 1 : Pick Up From Banjara Hills
CHARMINAR - We reach the famous Charminar. The massive and impressive structure with four minarets. The fifth ruler of the Qutub Shahi dynasty, Sultan Muhammad Quli Qutub Shah built the Charminar in 1591, after shifting his capital from Golconda to Hyderabad. This landmark has become the global icon of Hyderabad.
MECCA MASJID, JAMA MASJID - Atmosphere inside the mosque is very peaceful and serene and therefore, one can offer their prayers in solitude amidst a holy environment. Amazed to see the elegant designs carved on the arches and the Quran’s verses etched on the walls. Only Sacred place where 10000 men can pray.
SHOPPING AT LAAD BAZAAR - We start the Walking Tour of Laad Bazaar. You may shop for the specialties of Hyderabad here. Laad Bazaar is the main market for bangles, semi-precious stones, pearls, Jewels, products such as silverware, Nirmal, Kalamari paintings, bidriware, lacquer bangles studded with stones, saris and hand-woven materials of silk, cotton. Brocade, velvet and gold embroidered fabrics, traditional Khara Dupattas, lacquer bangles and perfumes.
SALARJUNG MUSEUM - Visit the Salarjung Museum. It is one of the three National Museums of India. It has a collection of sculptures, paintings, carvings, textiles, manuscripts, ceramics, metallic artifacts, carpets, clocks, and furniture from Japan, China, Burma, Nepal, India, Persia, Egypt, Europe, and North America. The museum's collection was sourced from the property of the Salar Jung family. It is the largest one man collection of such artifacts in the World. Also it is one of the largest museums in the country.
CHOWMOHALLA PALACE - Walking tour to Chowmahalla Palace, It is almost 600m away. Once regarded as the center of Hyderabad, the magnificent Chowmahalla Palace was the seat of the Asaf Jahi dynasty where the Nizams entertained their official guests and royal visitors. Built over 200 years ago, Chowmahalla is renowned for its unique style and elegance. A synthesis of many architectural styles and influences, the Palace Complex has been meticulously restored. Day 2 : Qutb Shahi Tombs - Golkonda FortQ
Breakfast at hotel, Pick up from hotel. Transfer towards seven tombs .
QUTUB SHAHI TOMBS - Visit the Qutub Shahi Tombs which is almost 12kms. These 21 magnificent domed granite tombs, with almost as many mosques, sit serenely in landscapes gardens about 2kms northwest of Golkonda Fort, where many of their occupants spent large parts of their lives. The tombs great domes are mounted on cubical basis, many of which have beautiful colonnades and delicate lime stucco ornaments.
GOLCONDA FORT - The Golconda Fort used to have a vault where once the famous Koh-I-Noor and Hope diamonds were stored along with other diamond. The Fort, originally built by the Kakatiya Rulers has amazingly advanced acoustics systems that were used for signaling approaching enemy as well as for detecting conspiracies being hatched in palace corners.
