  They are providing booking at 3* / 4* properties, most of properties are very old , and haven't good reviews..... and I am totally disappointed from AR Holidays Communication System, Most of Staff Are Behaving Rude on call While Booking A Holidays, They made online booking system through Own Website But , Never getting response on email without calling and fighting on phone call.... I am very disappointed from communication & Management system of AR Holidays , hope Ar Holidays will Improve on this all, and also one thing was happened here is , When we attended presentation for registration for membership, that time they presented very long list of Properties at many places in India that list was about more then 100 places in india and now they listed only 24 places on online booking website , and also made many limitations like , no much suitable dates of bookings are available mostl.... ...more

  This was my first experience with Pretty Planet Tours. Trip was wonderfully organized by Mr. Rajeev and Ms. Riny Agarwal. Staying arrangements at all locations were well planned. We would like to inform you that we enjoyed the trip of HIMACHAL for 10 days in comfortable manner within our budget. We have travelled from Mumbai to Chandīgarh, Shimla, Kullu-Manali, Dalhousie, and Dharamshala. Stay and food was good. We had a very good driver who could guide us sightseeing and was friendly too.   Dear Akbar Bhai, I have Booked tour Package to Mumbai on 27-12-2014 to 01st Jan 2015 along with hotel Booking and Car The Car Driver name was Raju. He promptly picked up and Airport and dropped at Our Hotel at Andheri He showed up on time every day and picked us up and shown us a Beautiful Mumbai. The Driver is Friendly and warm.
