Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi-Manali- Arrival - Manali

  On arrival at Delhi Airport /Railway Station you will be met, assisted and drive towards Manali . on the way sight-seeing like Sundernagar lake, Pandoh dam, Vaishno Devi Temple and overnight stay in Manali.

  ABOUT MANALI
  One day, Varvasvata, the seventh incarnation of MANU found a tiny fish in his bathing water. The fish told him to look after it with devotion as one day it would do him a great service. The seventh Manu cared for the fish till the day it grew so huge that he released it into the sea. Before departing, the fish warned Manu of an impending deluge when the entire world would be submerged and bade him to build a sea worthy ark.
  When the flood came, Varvasvata and seven sages were towed to safety by MATSYA, the fish which is regarded as first avatar of Lord Vishnu. As the water subsided the seventh Manu's ark came to the rest on a hill side and the place was
  named MANALI (2050 m) after him. As the flood slowly dried, here arose a place of breath- taking natural beauty which was only appropriate at Manali that life began again. Today this legendary cradle of all human kind is a prime holiday destination. There are high mountains surrounded by snow and deep boulder strewn gorges. There are thick forests full of cool breeze and bird songs. There are fields of wild flowers, small picturesque hamlets and fruit laden orchards.

• Day 2 : Manali – Solang Valley ---15 Kilo meters/ 01 Hour(Maximum)--- Individual Car

  Today morning after breakfast you will leave for Solang Valley 14 kilometers from Manali where you could do sports activities like horse riding, parachuting, paragliding, ice skating (winters only) and zorbing and you can also get a ride on a ATV. In zorbing a giant ball with seats for 2 people is rolled down a 200 meter hill. Tour ends

  Today morning after breakfast checks out from the hotel and proceeds to Van Vihar Nature Park and day are leisure to explore to Mall Road. In afternoon
  at 4:30 pm proceed back to Delhi and reach Delhi next morning between 6 and 7 am.

General Term & Condition

• If circumstances make you cancel your tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. As per the booking conditions of the tour, we are constrained to levy the following cancellation charges, unless specified:
• • Airlines tickets once issued are Non-Refundable.
• • Some Hotels room are Non-refundable, if canceled full room cost will be deducted,
• • If cancellation is made 45 days prior to departure, 20% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
• • If cancellation is made 30 days prior to departure, 40% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
• • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 70% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
• • If cancellation is made 15 to 00 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted
• • In case passenger is No Show at the time of Departure, 100% of the tour

Terms And Conditions

• Check In time is 12;00 -14;00 Noon & Check out Time is 11;00 Am as per Hotel Policies (early check in is subject to availability)
• • A/C will not work on hills.
• • The vehicle will be provided from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
• • Above rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned in the itinerary.
• • Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
• • Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time, In case of Propone or postpone. (Do intimate us 7 days prior to your journey)
• • We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
• • Even though we suggest you to check websites, reviews, features & location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your expectations before confirming.
• • During the journey if someone asks for extra money for any of the services included in the package, you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our permission.
• • For extra persons, if included in the tour cost, we will be providing Extra Bed/Mattresses/Rollover bed only.
• • Winsome Holidays is not responsible or liable for any kind of cancellation, modification or rescheduling occurs in holiday package due to cancellation or rescheduling of airlines, climate factor, natural disaster, political disturbances, strikes or riots or any other reasons.
• • Also note that video & audio systems are prohibited in commercial vehicles as per law and we do not guarantee those facilities.
• • We do not accept any amendment or cancellation for running packages.
• • We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
• • Transfers and Sightseeing tours are as per itinerary given.
• • The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
• • It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents.
• • Child above than 12 yrs shall be considered for an adult cost.
• • No discount will be provided after confirmation.
• • Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel at the time of check in Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked.
• • Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
• • For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
• • Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
• • The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
• • Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
• • Buffet meal if included will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel.
