Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT PORT BLAIR – CELLULAR JAIL, CARBYN’S COVE BEACH AND SOUND & LIGHT SHOW

  Our staff will receive you at Port Blair airport and will take you to your pre-booked hotel. After check-in at the hotel, take some rest and thereafter the tour will begin to cover Carbyns' Cove beach, Cellular Jail and Sound & Light Show at Cellular Jail. Later return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

• Day 2 : PORT BLAIR – Ross Island and North Bay Island

  After Breakfast, you will be escorted to Andaman Water Sports Complex to catch a ferry which will be your mate for the entire tour to Ross Island and North Bay.
  
  Ross Island: Ross Island has a history wrapped in ruins and is reachable by a 10 min. Boat ride. Ross Island was the erstwhile capital of Port Blair during the British regime. The island presently houses the ruins of old buildings like Chief Commissioner’s House, Government House, Church, Bakery, Press, Swimming Pool, Cemetery, etc. and all in dilapidated condition. This island is an ideal destination for nature walk amidst sylvan surroundings with deer, peacocks, exotic birds, etc.
  
  North Bay: From Ross Island, we proceed for a joyful trip to North Bay island. North Bay Island is famous to explore the exotic coral, colourful fishes and underwater marine life. We can view these colourful corals & underwater marines with multiple optional underwater activities like glass bottom boat, Scuba Diving and Sea Walk on direct payment basis.

• Day 3 : ONWARD JOURNEY TO HAVELOCK ISLAND –RADHANAGAR BEACH

  Early morning proceed to Jetty to take the onward ferry to Havelock Island. On arrival at Havelock Island, our staff will receive you and will escort you to the hotel/resort. After check in, proceed to Radhanagar Beach, one of the most scenic beaches of the Islands. Later, return back to the resort/hotel for an overnight stay.

• Day 4 : HAVELOCK ISLAND – ELEPHANTA BEACH AND RETURN TO PORT BLAIR

  Early morning proceed to Havelock jetty to take a sharing fibre speed boat to Elephant. This beach offers tranquil blue shallow water to professional as well as beginner snorkelers. Elephanta beach is ideal for snorkelling and other water sports activities like swimming, speed boat rides. Later in the afternoon, we will transfer you to Jetty to take the return ferry to Port Blair. At Port Blair our staff will receive you and will transfer you the Hotel at Port Blair for an overnight stay.

• Day 5 : TRIP TO DIGLIPUR VIA BARATANG - Lime Stone Cave & Mud Volcano

  Early morning proceed to Baratang Island @ 4:00AM to take a convey for baratang island. Baratang is famous for its natural wonders; from impressive Limestone Caves and dense mangrove creeks. There are tidal swamp forests and small but fascinating Mud Volcanoes. It is the first gateway up north from the capital city, located between the Middle and South of Andaman. Later our staff will take you to your pre-booked hotel to check-in at the hotel for an overnight stay at Diglipur.

• Day 6 : DIGLIPUR- ROSS & SMITH ISLAND (TWIN ISLANDS)

  Diglipur island is 325 kms by road from Port Blair. A natural white sandbar connects the two islands. The turquoise blue waters, tropical forests, nature trails, virgin beaches, and a picturesque village make this a perfect destination. These are considered as the most beautiful islands in the archipelago. One of the best things about visiting the Ross Island is the history associated with it. The island has an avid collection of some of the oldest British and Japanese structures in India, that shows the luxurious life of Britishers after they occupied Andaman.

• Day 7 : RETURN TO PORT BLAIR FROM DIGLIPUR

  Morning after check-out and breakfast, proceed to Port Blair our staff will transfer you the Hotel at Port Blair for an overnight stay.

  Today, we will drop you at the airport to catch the flight for return journey. Please Note: The above itinerary is tentative; the actual sequence of the tour will depend of the factors like availability of ferry tickets, hotel rooms, holidays and similar factors. We will try our best to complete all the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary, but we won’t take responsibility for incomplete tour due to unavailability of ferry/boat tickets, holidays, delays by guest, or any other similar reason.

• Nivya travels ensures to provide a pleasant and friendly stay while at your trip. We strive to provide you a safe and hassle free journey by coordinating with the tour escorts, you and the company 24*7. There are a few terms and conditions followed by us at Nivya travels. Please find the Terms and Conditions mentioned below. These terms and conditions are listed on:

• You are required to read, understand and accept all the terms and conditions before you register yourself/family/friends for any of our tour.
• Our Responsibilities:
• Prior Booking of selected hotel rooms by making advance/full payment to the hotel.
• Designating vehicle for pickup and drop as per the itinerary.
• Pre-booking of ferry tickets, entry permits, etc. whichever applicable.
• Managing itinerary and informing you about the same during the tour.
• Providing you the required guidance and help at every step of the tour and while on trail, but within our limited means and capacity based on our discretion.
• If any visit is missed due to closure, maintenance or Climitical issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing on some other day, if time permits.
• Our Liabilities and Limitations:
• We will not be responsible for any cancellation of ferry to Havelock/ Neil / Port Blair due to weather conditions or any unforeseen events. We will not be responsible for the closure of any museum or any sightseeing place due to public holidays or any unforeseen events. Wait time can be possible at many places like when boarding boat for North Bay and Ross Island, boarding boat for Elephanta beach, or at the convoy gate while going to Baratang, etc. We do not have any control on the wait time, please be patient for your turn. Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. Any changes in the existing charges of car rent and ferry tickets, etc. are chargeable. However, the difference in the rates quoted and the new rates by the service provider can be quoted and charged by us. All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well being.
• We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly –due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control. We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons.
• Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
• We assume no responsibility for illness or inconvenience from changes in standard of living, utility, food or weather resulting from the service provided or omitted. We shall not be responsible for any sightseeing missed and/or the program being curtailed after commencement of the tour and/or before the due period on account of Force Majeure including any unavoidable circumstances and any reason beyond company control including political, natural calamity, monument under renovation, VIP movement and security, heavy rush at sightseeing places, road traffic congestion, etc.,. We shall not be responsible for death of the tourist while on tour and all applicable rules and procedures of law are to be followed strictly and all the procedures pertaining to the death will have to be tackled and handled by the tourist or their relatives themselves at their own cost and consequences. We shall not be responsible for any damages, additional expenses or any consequential losses suffered by the tourists due to Cancellation, Amendment, and or alteration of any of the services of the tour mentioned in the itinerary/Brochure by the Company after the registration/booking by the tourist.
• We act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, ferry, cruise, boats, shows, excursions & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them. Hotel quality and service will be out of purview. Please select your hotel stay based on consumer reviews and discretion.
• In case of any issues with service quality, we can try contacting the hotel for help. However, we do not promise to resolve the issue. Please confirm the hotel about basic amenities like tea or tea coffee maker, water heater etc. Some of the hotels do not house these things. In case they don’t, we cannot be held responsible. Although we can try helping you.
• It is client's responsibility to check and consult, if their schedule is such that they are able to visit all the places. We will not be responsible to reimburse any money in case of closure of museums. City museums, monuments, Jollybouy/Redskin and Baratang remain closed on Mondays while Ross Island remains closed on Wednesdays. Please maintain the decorum and courtesy with the fellow tourist, hotel staff and tour operators. We would love to go an extra mile to ensure you are comfortable. Breakfast is not included on day of arrival, and the hotels will charge extra for the same.A trip to Havelock, Neil, Jollybouy and Baratang Island starts early in the morning and the hotel will not serve breakfast in the restaurant and will provide packed breakfast, which may include bread, jam and butter. No alternate arrangements will be made for breakfast without extra payment.
• A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. Please note that max 01 extra bed or mattress depending on availability is allowed per room.
• The hotel does not allow the stay of any other visitors then mentioned in the booking form. Ferry schedule, rules and policies:
• Please note that the ferry timings are subject to change without notice. All ferry transfers are subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, sailing permits and Department of Shipping schedules.
• We do not guarantee the sailing of Govt. Ferry / MV Makruzz & in case it does not sail due to bad weather or a technical snag we will not be held liable for the same.
• To get transfer services from us, you are kindly requested to send all passengers names and ages to book the tickets from PB — Havelock — PB.
• The tourist will carry their luggage along with them on ferry. The management/staff are not responsible for loss of their belongings such as cash, valuable articles, mobiles, etc...during the journey.
• Our liability is only to value of the ticket and in case of any loss or extra payment for extra services needs to make
• Visa and Passport Rules for NRI Guests:
• All tourists staying abroad including NRIs or foreigners should abide by all the laws, rules, and regulations of Government of India and/or the country concerned while undertaking the tour.
• To travel to India from overseas countries except for the citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06 months valid passport and a valid Visa. And processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost.
• In case your Visa has been received kindly do check and ensure that there is NO SEPARATE STAMP stating 'Entry to Restricted Areas Not Permitted'. If this exists, do contact the Indian embassy to amend the same.
• Please also note that there is a pre-printed separate line in the Visa which would state: Not valid for prohibited, restricted and cantonment areas' and this line can be ignored.
• Note: This is a Government related requirement and we will not take any liability in case of a guest having to return back from airport due to non-compliance of the government rules and regulations. Our normal cancellation policy will apply.

• In case Light and sound show at Cellular jail is called-off due to weather and maintenance conditions, efforts will be made to arrange for sightseeing and also to arrange for the show at some other time during the itinerary, only if time permits.

• No rooms have been blocked till now and will be done only after confirmation.
• The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking/confirmation.
• All rooms are booked on Payment of advance and will not be changed after arrival.
• If base category is not available in Private Ferry then the next categories charges will be extra.
• The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period.
• Hotels rooms are inclusive of 1st Category
• Under Private ferry rates are inclusive of Premium Category (Base Category)
• Compulsory Gala dinner supplements charges are applied on the Eve of Christmas & New Year (24th Dec. & 31st Dec.), Guest need to Pay extra charges as per hotels norms. (Not included in this package cost).

Your Responsibilities

• It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID's (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.
• Please take extra dress and towel whenever you visit a beach, as the driver won’t allow you to get into the vehicle, if your clothes are wet. The saline water is primary cause of the vehicle getting rust, so please help us to keep our vehicles running for long.

Payment Terms & Methods :
Advance Payment 50% of Total Tour Package cost, Rest of the 50% balance Amount must be paid on or before the day of Arrival, otherwise tour will not be conducted.
We won’t accept payment in any mode other than cash at Andaman and Nicobar Islands in any circumstances.
Advance payments can be deposited in the bank account mentioned below.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:
Cancellation charges per person:
30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost
29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost
Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost
In case of peak period, 100% cancellation charges applicable once guaranteed
For any refund case, final discretion by hotel/ ferry/ transporter.
