  4:15 PM Pick up from your hotel (Remark:Pick up time is approximately
  from 1615-1630)
  4:45 PM Arrive at Sutera Marina Jetty
  4:50 PM Boarding to North Borneo Cruise
  5:30 PM Dinner will be served buffet style.
  Time to sink your teeth into Sabah’s most sought after culinary
  experience.
  6:20 PM As the sun sets and the stars come out,
  Kota Kinabalu’s coastline now comes alive with dazzling city night
  lights.
  The North Borneo Cruise will glide across the Waterfront as you
  indulge in
  dessert or your next glass of wine.
  7:00 PM Your rendezvous at sea comes to an end. You will disembark from
  the cruise at the Sutera Marina Jetty.
  7:15 PM Arrive at your hotel (Remark:Arrive time is approximately from
  1915-1930)

Payment Terms & Methods :

1. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer to our bank account stated in the invoice.

2. Balance of the payment can pay in cash upon arrival.

Other Terms & Conditions :

1. If total number of passengers is below 2 (the minimum requirement for this trip), you will be informed 1 days prior to departure. Single traveller bookings are NOT accepted.

2. Booking have to make or confirm 24 hours before tour departure.

3. All booking is based on SIC (Sit In Coach) and subject to availability.

4. For safety reasons, island tours and activities are dependent on sea and weather conditions.

5. Upon confirmation of booking, a 50% deposit should pay to secure the booking.

6. Balance of the payment must be settled upon arrival and before tour commence.

7. We reserved the right to CANCEL the tour or any activities if we deem the tour environment is not safe. (Payment will be refund if the tour is canceled from our side.)

8. Additional charge is applicable if hotel is located on the outskirts of Kota Kinabalu. One way transfer surcharge for Tuaran district: 15MYR/pax (1-3 guests); 10MYR/pax (4 guests or more)； One way transfer surcharge for Kinarut district: 30MYR/pax. Please pay directly to driver.

9. Tables and Seats are allocated on-board the cruises, sharing-table basis. Table seating arrangement is based on 3-4 persons per table. For couples who wish to have guaranteed private table by the window, surcharges of MYR 300/table will apply.

10. Children Policy: – Child rate is applicable for Children aged between 3-11 years. – Infant Rate is applicable for Children aged between 0-2 years. – No seats will be allocated for Infants.(Can bring along baby stroller)

11. Additional Peak Season Charges are applicable during Daily Departure Sessions for Public Holidays and Eve of Public Holidays(Will be inform 2days ago before tour)
