Cancellation of a guaranteed room needs to be communicated to the hotel by 12 noon, 10 days prior to the date of arrival. For Confirmation required 100% advance. • Any cancellation received after this deadline will be charged 50% of the total amount as retention charges. • Full Package Price will be charged in case of a no-show. ( If we don't receive the advance deposit the reservation would automatically stand cancelled ) • The check-in time is 2:00 noon.
