Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Srinagar

  Arrive Srinagar airport, assistance on arrival and proceed to hotel / houseboat check-in. Srinagar is also known as "Paradise on Earth" and "The Venice of Asia". Afternoon free (One can go for Shikara ride on self expenses basis) and overnight at hotel / houseboat.

• Day 2 : Srinagar Local Sightseeing

  After breakfast leave for Sightseeing tour of Mughal Gardens visiting Cheshmashahi (The Royal Spring), Nishat (The Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar (The Abode of Love) and famous Shankracharya temple. Afternoon, transfer to Pahalgam "Valley of Shepherds". Pahalgam is situated in the picturesque Lidder Valley and lies 96 kms from Srinagar by road. 7,200 ft. (2,134 m.) above sea level, it is famous for its beautiful scenery, flora and fauna, springs and streams. It is also the base for treks to the higher mountains, check in Hotel & overnight stay.

• Day 3 : In Pahalgam

  After breakfast local sight seeing of Pahalgam on pony back or by foot, later afternoon proceed to Chandanwari (18 Kms from Pahalgam) base camp of Amarnath yatra, also visit Aru(13 Kms from Pahalgam) famous scenic beauty spot, return back overnight at Pahalgam.

• Day 4 : Pahalgam - Gulmarg

  After breakfasts proceed to Gulmarg (" Meadow of Flowers" The charming hill resort is 56 kms from Srinagar at an altitude of 2730 Mts. The route from Srinagar to Gulmarg is lined with towering popular trees and the distance is covered in 02 hours approx. Gulmarg was once called Gauri marg in honor of Gauri, Lord Shiva's wife. Its name changed in 1581 A.D by king Yussuf Shah, a regular summer visitor. The Mughal Emperor Jehangir once collected 21 different kinds of flowers here. Gulmarg offers a magnificent view of Nanga Parbat, one of the highest mountains in the world and is an excellent winter sports center. It also is the highest green golf course in the world) via Mattan Temple, Kashmir Bat Factory, Avantipora monuments & pampore Saffron fields, later afternoon explore the beauty of the meadow of flower, Free to to explore Gulmarg at your own cost, enjoy cable car ride {Gondola] pony ride, sledge ride & skiing. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 5 : Gulmarg - Sonmarg

  After breakfast Drive to Sonamarg, and full day excursion of Sonmarg which is one of the most beautiful drive from Srinagar. Sonmarg also called Meadow of Gold is located at a height of 2690 meters. You may take a pony ride (at your own cost) to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year. Return to the houseboat/hotel by evening for overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 6 : Sonmarg - Srinagar

  After breakfast, check out and back to Srinagar, full day free till departure. Board to flight in time towards your destination with happy memories.
