  • Day 1: Arrival

    Pick up from Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to Mount Meru Hotel

    Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park

    Depart Arusha for full game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. Overnight at Lake Manyara Wildlife Lodge.

    Day 3: Serengeti National Park

    Depart for Serengeti National Park with game drives. Overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge.

    Day 4: Serengeti National Park

    Spend a full day in Serengeti National Park. Overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge.

    Day 5: Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge

    Spend the morning in Serengeti and depart to Ngorongoro Crater. Overnight at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge.

    Day 6: Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge

    Morning drive in Ngorongoro Crater and arrive back in Arusha. Overnight at Mount Meru Hotel.

    Day 7: Departure

    Arusha city tour and transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport.

  • Package Terms & Conditions :
    • Reservations

      A 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking your tour. The balance of the tour is due 45 days prior to the commencement of the tour. Warrior Expeditions reserves the right to cancel the reservation due to failure of receiving the final payment by the due date with full loss of deposit. 
      If a reservation is made within 45 days of departure, the tour must be paid in full.


      All prices are quotes in US dollars and must be paid in US dollars. 
      We accept credit card payments online. Please note that credit card payments are collected by Trekksoft AG acting as an authorised agent for Warrior Expeditions. Subsequently, your payment will appear as TREKKSOFT*TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. 
      Warrior Expeditions also accepts payment through wire transfer. Please contact us if you wish to pay by wire transfer and we will provide the banking information.

      Change in Tour Price

      Tour prices are based on all known costs. However, changes in taxes, sightseeing fees, and accommodation costs may vary. Warrior Expeditions has the right to change the tour price without notice based on the increase or decrease of these costs. 


      Cancellations by Warrior Expeditions

      If the tour is not paid by the due date, Warrior Expeditions has the right to cancel the tour.

      Cancellations by Customer

      If the customer chooses to cancel the tour reservation, the effective date of the cancellation is the date Warrior Expeditions receives written notification.

      The cancellation penalties are as follows:

      >45 days from departure – deposit will be refunded

      Between 30 and 45 days from departure – deposit is forfeited

      <30 days from departure - no refund.

      All cancellations that are refunded will be refunded the above amount lessany expenses incurred (administration fees, bank charges, booking fees, etc)

      No refund is available for any unused portion of the tour once commenced.

      Change of Contract

      Warrior Expeditions reserves the right to alter any tour to adhere to local conditions, safety concerns, or regulations. We also retain the right to refuse any person from participating or continuing any tour if that individual causes or is deemed to cause hazard to other passengers or the local people and their cultures.

      Customers with Special needs

      It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose to Warrior Expeditions, and prior to any booking, any physical or mental conditions which may be relevant. We will try to accommodate these conditions as best as possible. 
      No liability shall be attached to Warrior Expeditions for the provision of an unsuitable tour, or for any person where that persons special needs have not been disclosed at the time of booking.

      Special Requests

      Special requests, such as dietary restrictions, must be communicated by the customer in writing to Warrior Expeditions at the time of making the booking. Warrior Expeditions will use reasonable endeavours to fill all requests. However, special requests cannot be guaranteed and do not form part of the contract. No liability will be attached to Warrior Expeditions for failure to comply with a special request.

      Obligations of the Customer

      1. The customer is responsible for checking their travel documents to ensure the dates are correct and should notify Warrior Expeditions immediately of any errors or changes.
      2. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their travel documentations are in order (eg. Valid passport and visa)
      3. If the customer does not arrive on the agreed date of the tour, Warrior Expeditions is entitled to treat the tour as being cancelled by the customer.
      4. The customer agrees to abide by instructions given by Warrior Expeditions employees and agrees to indemnify the company against any loss or injury suffered as a result of failing to comply with employee instructions.
      5. The customer agrees to conduct themselves in a proper manner so as not to cause disturbance or offence to other customers or local people.

      Liability and Insurance

      1. Warrior Expeditions is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the customer. In addition, Warrior Expeditions will not be held liable for any delays or cancellations due to any type of public transport.
      2. The customer is responsible for obtaining full travel and health insurance. It is the responsibility of the customer to read their insurance policy before they travel to ensure that the insurance provides the customer with the appropriate amount of coverage.

       Passport and Visas

      1. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are travelling with a valid passport. It is recommended to ensure your passport is valid for 6 months after you travel.
      2. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain the correct visa to enter Tanzania.


      Warrior Expeditions confirms that all personal information that is provided by the customer will be used only for the purpose of the tour that is booked by Warrior Expeditions. This information will not be communicated to any other third parties.
