Please note that extra charges incurred due to invalid or improper information regarding number of people and/or the correct age of children traveling has to be paid before the tour starts.

Ferry

In case of ferry cancellation and schedule changes, MSR TOURS AND TRAVELS AND THEIR PARTNERS is not liable for any losses or wastage of time.
In case private ferry tickets cannot be booked the ticket will be transferred to Govt. ferries. In this case, the excess amount will be refunded.
In case no Govt. ferries are available for the tour dates, the tour will be rescheduled or may change to some other destination in Andaman Islands, based on convenience and the amount paid. Excess amount left after rescheduling or itinerary change will be refunded.
In case the reschedule or change of destination requires additional money, the traveler will have the choice to either go forward with it and pay this excess amount or choose a suitable itinerary that fits their budget.

Traveling & Safety

All tests and procedures necessary before, during, and post travel must be carried out by the traveler as per Govt. rules. In case of ignorance or failure to do so, MSR TOURS AND TRAVELS AND THEIR PARTNERS cannot be deemed responsible.
Cost of tests and safety procedures are not included in the itinerary and shall be paid by the traveler directly.
In case of any damage, personal or otherwise, MSR TOURS AND TRAVELS AND THEIR PARTNERS will not take any responsibility.
In case the traveler is found to be Corona Positive, all expenses shall be paid by the traveler directly.
All safety procedures required from the Tour Operator, MSR TOURS AND TRAVELS AND THEIR PARTNERS , shall be carried out in full.

Payments & Refunds

All refunds will be provided in case of tour cancellation. A cancellation charge of ₹1000/- is to be paid on trip cancellation.
All refunds due to tour or flight cancellation is subject to refund from third party providers whose services we use, including but not limited to, hotels, resorts, lodges, homestays, water sports, ferries, Bella Bay, candle lit dinner, among others.
The refund will only be initiated when MSR TOURS AND TRAVELS AND THEIR PARTNERS receives a full refund from the above providers.
In case of partial refund from the providers mentioned above, the same amount will be refunded over to the traveler. Rest of the amount will be refunded as MSR TOURS AND TRAVELS AND THEIR PARTNERS receives it from the providers.
Until MSR TOURS AND TRAVELS AND THEIR PARTNERS receives refund from the above-mentioned providers, the traveler cannot force, harass, or claim their refund.
These terms also apply to the traveler in case of early cancellation, delays, or any situation arising due to the COVID-19, including lockdown of Andaman in full or some locations.

Vehicle & Charges

This quotation includes vehicle charges as per the Covid-19 guidelines applicable right now in the Andaman Islands. If any further changes to the rule is made by the Govt., before your tour, which incurs additional cost due to extra vehicles, then the excess amount will have to be paid on arrival, here. You will be notified of any such rule change as MSR TOURS AND TRAVELS AND THEIR PARTNERS becomes aware of it.
