Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu

  Altitude: Kathmandu: 1,320m
  
  Our representative shall be waiting for your arrival at Arrival Gate in the airport with a display board. You shall then be taken to your hotel. After you rest for a while and freshen up, you can go for a walk around the street. If you have missed anything to buy that you might need during your tour, you have the day. We shall talk about our tour plan, arrangement, and requirements in the late afternoon. After that, we shall together dine at a popular restaurant of the town, enjoying local delicacies of Nepalese culture. Stay overnight at your hotel in Kathmandu.

• Day 2 : Mountain Flight and Kathmandu Sightseeing

  Duration: Mountain Flight: 1 hour
  
  We shall leave off from the Kathmandu for a mountain flight in the morning. You shall get the best opportunities to witness several mountains including Everest, small villages, forest, and other landscape from the sky. Mountain flight has something more and extra to offer from any surface tour or trekking. After an hour of flight, you shall land and have the rest of the day for sightseeing in Kathmandu. The Basantapur Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Bouddhanath, and Swayambhunath are the World Heritage Sites enlisted by UNESCO. You can observe the re-construction process of Basantapur Durbar Square and explore the unmolested part. You shall find funeral pyre at the bank of the Bagmati River in Pashupatinath. You shall find more than 50 Tibetan Gompas and one of the largest stupas in the world at Boudhhanath. The busy and colorful streets of Kathmandu shall enchant you. Stay overnight in Kathmandu.

• Day 3 : Sightseeing Tour: Patan and Bhaktapur

  Duration: Sightseeing: Full-day
  
  Patan and Bhaktapur—the two adjacent small cities to Kathmandu also have some world heritage sites to visit. Patan—the City of Fine Arts houses Patan Durbar Square where you shall find the medieval architecture and arts still intact. There are shrines, temples, and ancient carvings in the whole area of the Square. Bhaktapur—the city of Devotees, has the Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Throughout this area you get to see medieval arts, architectures, shrines, and carvings. Along with these historical monuments, you get to see the local lifestyle around these places. Stay overnight in Kathmandu.

• Day 4 : Drive to Chitwan

  Duration: Drive: 5 hours
  
  After having breakfast in the morning, you shall drive all the way to Chitwan, some 150 kilometers far from Kathmandu. Twisting and turning on the highway adjacent to the Trishuli River, you shall reach Chitwan in about 5 hours. After you rest and freshen up, you shall be given a short explanation about the activity for the remaining day. A guide shall take you to Tharu Villages. You shall walk on the riverbed of Rapti River and watch the sunset. Evening comes with cultural program organized by Tharu community like dancing, instrument playing, and so forth—a perfect evening to enjoy, celebrate, and learn about Tharus. Overnight in Chitwan.

• Day 5 : Explore Chitwan: At Chitwan National Park with Jungle Safari

  Duration: Exploration: Full-day
  
  Chitwan National Park is another site enlisted by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. You can either do Jeep Safari or an Elephant Safari in the forest. You shall spot several wild animals such as egrets, water buffalo, deer, woodpecker, one-horned rhinoceros, Bengal tigers, sloth bears, leopards, wild bison, and several species of birds (about 500), dolphin, and endangered Gharial crocodiles. You can bath with the elephant and enjoy as it showers you from its trunk. Stay overnight in Chitwan.

• Day 6 : Drive to Lumbini

  Duration: Drive: 4 hours
  
  Lumbini—the birthplace of Gautam Buddha, is another World Heritage Site enlisted by UNESCO. You shall find several important historical and architectural sites here. You can visit the Mayadevi Temple—the actual spot of birth of Buddha. The pillar erected by an emperor Ashoka—the Ashoka Pillar is another important spot to visit. Besides, there are several monasteries and temples erected by devotes from across the world. Lumbini holds great religious value for Buddhist pilgrims. Stay overnight in Lumbini.

• Day 7 : Drive to Pokhara and Sightseeing

  Duration: Drive: 6-7 hours
  
  You shall return the same highway you had made through on your way to Chitwan till Mugling, and branch away from there. Pokhara is considered one of the most beautiful places of the country, and perhaps in the world too. You get to see the amazing views of Mt. Manaslu, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, and Annapurna ranges. You shall find lots of visitors here since it is the gateway to trekkers trekking in the Annapurna region. Visit the old bazars and marketplaces, stroll lakeside in the evening. Stay overnight in Pokhara.

• Day 8 : At Pokhara

  Duration: Exploration: Full-day
  
  Early in the morning, you shall drive to Sarangkot to witness the mesmerizing views of sunrise, the mountains glowing in the early sun, and the town down below. Then, you shall stroll around the Phewa Lake; it reflects the Mt. Machhapuchhre in its water. Hire a boat and enjoy boating here. Across the lake is the World Peace Pagoda. Visit the Gupteshwar Cave, David's Fall—the waterfall, Seti River Gorge, and museum. Stay overnight in Pokhara.

• Day 9 : Drive to Kathmandu

  Duration: Drive: 6 hours
  
  This is another day of bumpy ride, witnessing the settlements scattered on the hills, the fading mountains, and the occasional shops and stalls at the edge of the highways. You shall be taken to your hotel. After you rest a while there, you can explore the city on your own, for this city never exhausts to amaze you. We shall be sharing our tour experience over a dinner in the evening, enjoying Nepalese dishes. Stay overnight at your hotel in Kathmandu.

• Day 10 : Departure
