Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Mumbai/Aurangabad

  Arrive at Chattrapati Shivaji International Airport. Met upon arrival and transfer to restaurant for lunch. After lunch visit Siddhivinayak temple. Later transfer to airport to catch flight to Aurangabad departing. Arrive Aurangabad, met upon arrival and transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight stay

• Day 2 : In Aurangabad

  After early breakfast visit Ajanta Caves, Ajanta Caves about 107 kms. from the city of Aurangabad, the rock-cut caves of Ajanta nestle in a panoramic gorge, in the form of a gigantic horseshoe. Among the finest examples of some of the earliest Buddhist architecture, caves-paintings and sculptures, these caves comprise Chaitya Halls, or shrines, dedicated to Lord Buddha and Viharas, or monasteries, used by Buddhist monks for meditation and the study of Buddhist teachings. The paintings that adorn the walls and ceilings of the caves depict incidents from the life of the Buddha and various Buddhist divinities. Among the more interesting paintings are the Jataka tales, illustrating diverse stories relating to the previous incarnations of the Buddha as Bodhisattva, a saintly being who is destined to become the Buddha.
  Occupied for almost 700 years, the caves of Ajanta seem to have been abandoned rather abruptly. They remained shrouded in obscurity for over a millennium, till John Smith, a British army officer, accidentally stumbled upon them while on a hunting expedition in 1819. The 'View Point' from where John Smith first glimpsed the caves, provides a magnificent sight of the U-shaped gorge and its scenic surroundings. Cascading down the cliff is a spectacular waterfall, which at the bottom feeds a natural pool called the Saptakunda. Lunch in MTDC Restaurant

• Day 3 : Aurangabad/Mumbai

  After breakfast sightseeing of Ellora Caves. Ellora temples include 34 monasteries and temples, extending over more than 2 km, were dug side by side in the wall of a high basalt cliff, not far from Aurangabad, in Maharashtra. Ellora, with its uninterrupted sequence of monuments dating from A.D. 600 to 1000, brings the civilization of ancient India to life. Not only is the Ellora complex a unique artistic creation and a technological exploit but, with its sanctuaries devoted to Buddhism, Hinduism and Jainism, it illustrates the spirit of tolerance that was characteristic of ancient India. Lunch in hotel. Afternoon visit Daulatabad Fort
  After early dinner transfer to airport to catch flight back to Mumbai departing and arriving Mumbai. On arrival in Mumbai transfer to hotel for overnight stay

• Day 4 : Mumbai/Udaipur

  After breakfast city tour of Mumbai visiting Juhu Chowpatty, Victoria gardens, Gandhi Museum etc. After lunch transfer to airport to catch flight 9w 2073 for Udaipur departing at 1620 hrs and arrive Udaipur at 1740 hrs. On arrival in Udaipur transfer to hotel for overnight stay

• Day 5 : In Udaipur

  After breakfast full day sightseeing of Udaipur. Maharaja Udai Singh founded Udaipur in 1567 AD and today is still very much a traditional Rajput Town better known as the City of Lakes and palaces set in a valley amidst the Aravalli Hills in Southern Rajasthan, on the banks of Lake Pichola. It is known as Marble city. Visit to the grand city palace a majestic architectural marvel towering over the Pichola Lake, Jagdish Temple, Pratap Museum, Saheliyon Ki Bari gardens, with its delicately carved kiosks and fountains.

  After breakfast free for individual activities, later transfer to airport to catch flight to Mumbai departing and arriving Mumbai. On arrival in Mumbai transfer to International airport to catch flight.
