Terms & Conditions

Please check with us at least one week prior to departure regarding group size and tour manager details.
A valid international credit card is mandatory per room at the time of hotel check-in as a security deposit.
Arrival and departure airport transfers will be provided on a Private or SIC (Seat-in-Coach) basis.
Flight details and passenger contact numbers must be shared at least 15 working days prior to departure.
Tours will operate using a Coach, Mini Bus, or Van depending on the final group size.
For Departures with 12 Adults or Less
The following arrangements may apply:
a) Intercity transfers may be revised as follows:
Washington D.C. – Niagara Falls by flight
Los Angeles – San Francisco by flight
New York – Washington D.C. by Amtrak Train or Coach
Las Vegas – Los Angeles by Deluxe AC Coach (SIC Basis)
No additional charges will apply.
b) Certain sightseeing tours may operate on SIC basis or with a Driver-Cum-Guide.
c) Guests may be offered the next available departure date if minimum operational requirements are not met.
d) Dinners may be served as set menus or packed meals instead of buffet service.
Child age: 2–9 years. Children above 9 years will be considered adults.
Hotels, transfers, and sightseeing services may be substituted with alternatives of similar or higher standard if required.
During peak periods, conventions, or blackout dates, accommodation may be provided in nearby areas while maintaining the same hotel category.
Incidental expenses such as porterage, laundry, telephone calls, beverages, mini-bar usage, and personal expenses are not included.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Guests requiring wheelchair assistance must arrange the same independently.
Some hotels may require a refundable cash or credit card deposit at check-in for incidental expenses.
In Niagara Falls and Las Vegas, some Indian restaurants may be within walking distance from the hotel and transfers may not be provided.
Most hotels do not provide complimentary bottled water, kettles, microwaves, or refrigerators in rooms.
Wi-Fi availability is subject to hotel policy. In-room internet access may be chargeable.
Wi-Fi on coaches or sightseeing vehicles cannot be guaranteed.
Final travel documents, vouchers, and confirmed itinerary will be shared approximately 5 days prior to departure.
The company reserves the right to amend the itinerary, sightseeing sequence, accommodation, or transportation arrangements due to operational requirements, weather conditions, local regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Standard check-in time: 1500 hrs
Standard check-out time: 1100 hrs
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges as per hotel policy.
Hotel shuttle services are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Guests must pre-book the shuttle at least 24 hours in advance with the hotel.

RESORT FEES (FOR FIT BOOKINGS ONLY)

Resort fees are mandatory in certain cities including (but not limited to):
Las Vegas, Orlando, Atlanta, Santa Monica, Atlantic City, Miami, etc.
These fees must be paid directly by the client to the hotel at check-out and are not included in the quoted cost.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

₹75,000 per person at the time of booking.
50% of the package cost to be paid 45 days before departure.
Full payment to be completed 30 days before departure.
Booking is subject to availability and confirmation.
Any increase in airfare, taxes, or hotel charges will be payable by the guest.
Failure to make payment within the due dates may result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

No refunds, either partial or full, will be made for any unused services including transportation, accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, or other package inclusions.
Meals missed due to flight schedules, delays, or late arrivals are non-refundable.
Any refund, if applicable, will be processed as per the airline, hotel, and local supplier cancellation policies.
Once the tour has commenced, no refunds will be provided for any unutilized services.
