Booking Confirmation & Acceptance
This document forms a binding agreement between the Travel Partner, Client/Traveller, and the Operator.
Confirmation of booking and/or payment towards the tour implies unconditional acceptance of all terms, conditions, and operational notes mentioned herein.
These terms apply to all B2B Group Series Departures operated under this program.
General Tour Conditions
All tours are land-only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, GST, city taxes, porterage, tips, and personal expenses are excluded unless specified.
Tours operate subject to Government of India and destination-country regulations.
Rates are applicable only for Indian nationals.
Passports must be valid for a minimum of six months from the date of arrival.
Standard hotel check-in time is 15:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
Hotels & Accommodation
Accommodation is provided in standard room categories.
European hotel rooms are generally smaller in size compared to other destinations.
Triple rooms may be provided with a rollaway bed and may not differ in size from double rooms.
Interconnecting rooms, adjoining rooms, or same-floor rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Hotels may be located outside city centres due to operational requirements.
Certain European hotels may not provide air conditioning, kettles, or complimentary bottled water.
Any damage caused to hotel property must be settled directly by the traveller.
Tour Operations & Brand Confidentiality
Tours are operated under a B2B Group Series model.
On-ground execution may be conducted under a neutral operating identity for operational purposes.
Complete confidentiality of the Travel Partner's brand is maintained.
All contractual responsibility remains with the operating company.
Child Policy
Child and infant rates are applicable as per the package and itinerary shared at the time of booking.
Rates may vary depending on destination, supplier, and travel season.
Meals
Meals are provided as specified in the itinerary and are served on a fixed-menu basis.
Special dietary requirements are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Packed meals may be provided due to operational requirements.
No refunds will be provided for missed or unused meals.
Coach Travel & Discipline
Air-conditioned coaches or vans will be used for transportation.
Seating may operate on a rotation basis.
Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or eating inside the vehicle is prohibited unless permitted.
Luggage allowance is restricted to one check-in bag and one hand baggage per person.
Any cleaning charges, damages, or penalties resulting from passenger behaviour shall be borne by the passenger.
Punctuality & Group Discipline
Strict adherence to reporting and departure timings is mandatory.
Delays may result in missed services due to operational constraints.
No refunds shall be provided for missed services.
Sightseeing & Operational Notes
Sightseeing schedules are subject to weather conditions, maintenance closures, crowd-control regulations, and operational considerations.
In case an attraction is unavailable, a suitable alternative may be provided without refund.
Certain destinations may require extensive walking.
Queues at major attractions are common and unavoidable.
Arrival & Departure Transfers
Group transfers operate strictly according to scheduled timings.
Passengers arriving or departing outside designated transfer timings must arrange private transfers at their own expense.
No reimbursement shall be provided.
Passport, Valuables & Responsibility
Travellers are solely responsible for safeguarding passports, travel documents, cash, and personal belongings.
The Operator shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement.
Health & Fitness
Travellers are responsible for assessing their own fitness and ability to participate in the tour.
The Operator shall not be liable for medical emergencies, hospitalisation, or related expenses.
Tour Manager Authority
The Tour Manager has full authority regarding routing, scheduling, operational arrangements, and group management.
Changes may be made for safety, regulatory, or operational reasons.
Passenger cooperation is mandatory throughout the tour.
Exchange Rate Fluctuation
Tour prices are based on prevailing foreign exchange rates.
Any fluctuation prior to final payment shall be borne by the traveller or travel partner.
Price Variation
Prices are subject to revision due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel surcharges, taxes, or supplier costs.
Any increase must be settled before departure.
Visa & Documentation
Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
The Operator acts only as a facilitator.
Visa fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Client Conduct
Travellers must comply with local laws and maintain proper conduct throughout the tour.
The Operator reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases of misconduct.
Any resulting damages or penalties shall be borne by the traveller.
Limitation of Liability
The Operator acts only as an intermediary for transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and other third-party services.
The Operator shall not be liable for delays, accidents, injuries, losses, force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, political disturbances, or circumstances beyond its control.
Any additional expenses arising from such situations shall be borne by the traveller.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, India.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

All bookings must be confirmed in writing.
Booking amount is strictly non-refundable.
50% payment is required 45 days prior to departure.
100% payment is required 30 days prior to departure.
Payments made to agents shall be deemed received only upon credit to the Operator's account.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Booking amount is non-refundable.
45–31 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation charges.
30 days or less prior to departure: 100% cancellation charges.
No-show: 100% cancellation charges.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

No Refund Policy
No refund, adjustment, or credit shall be provided for any unused or partially used services, including accommodation, meals, transfers, sightseeing, or transportation.

Refund Processing
Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed through the original mode of payment within 30–90 working days, subject to supplier settlements.
