Standard hotel check-in time is 03:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM/12:00 PM, subject to the respective hotel's policy.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
The sequence of sightseeing and tours may be modified due to operational requirements, traffic conditions, weather, or local authority regulations without affecting the overall tour experience.
Guests are requested to report at the designated pickup point on time for all scheduled tours and transfers. Missed services due to late arrival will not be refunded.
No refund will be provided for any unused services, meals, sightseeing, or transfers included in the package.
Passport & Travel Documents
Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of return.
Guests are advised to carry their passport and travel documents at all times during the tour, as they may be required for identity verification.

Grant of visa is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy/Consulate/Immigration Authorities. Abhisha Luxe Travels shall not be held responsible for any visa rejection, delay, or additional documentation requested by the authorities.
Booking & Payment
The initial booking amount is non-refundable.
Full payment must be received before the issuance of travel documents.
Package prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, airfare revisions, government taxes, hotel surcharges, or supplier price revisions until full payment is received.

Hotels will be provided as per the selected category or similar, subject to availability.
In the event of non-availability, a similar hotel of the same category will be arranged.

Transfers & Tours
Singapore: Airport transfers are provided on a Private Basis. All sightseeing tours are operated on a Seat-in-Coach (SIC) Basis, unless otherwise specified.
Bali: All airport transfers, inter-hotel transfers, and sightseeing tours are provided on a Private Basis.
Pickup timings for SIC tours are fixed and must be adhered to. Missed tours due to late reporting will be treated as a no-show without any refund.
Tour schedules may be revised due to operational requirements, weather conditions, traffic, or local authority regulations.
General
No refund will be provided for any unused services, meals, sightseeing, or transfers.
Guests are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, and mandatory travel documents throughout the tour.
Any expenses arising due to flight delays, cancellations, natural calamities, political disturbances, baggage delays, or any unforeseen circumstances shall be borne by the guest.
