Booking & Confirmation
A booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, lodges, transportation and other services at the time of confirmation.
The company reserves the right to offer similar-category hotels or lodges in case the originally selected property is unavailable.
Payment Policy
Payment must be made as per the agreed payment schedule.
Failure to make payments within the stipulated timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
Any bank transfer charges, currency conversion fees or transaction charges shall be borne by the traveller.
Passport, Visa & Travel Documents
Travellers must possess a passport valid for at least six (6) months from the date of return.
Visa assistance/visa fees, if included, do not guarantee visa approval.
The traveller is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of all travel documents.
Pricing
Package prices are based on the prevailing government taxes, park fees, fuel prices and exchange rates at the time of quotation.
Any increase in government taxes, conservation fees, fuel surcharges or exchange rate fluctuations prior to departure may result in a revision of the package cost.

Changes & Amendments
Any amendment requested after booking confirmation will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Changes requested close to the departure date may not always be possible.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
No refund will be provided for any unused services, meals, accommodation, transfers, sightseeing or activities once the tour has commenced.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after receiving the same from the respective service providers.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss and personal accidents is strongly recommended.
Any medical, evacuation or hospitalization expenses not covered under the package shall be borne by the traveller.
Liability
The company acts only as an intermediary between travellers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators and local suppliers.
The company shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, political disturbances, pandemics, strikes, flight disruptions, loss of baggage or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.
Any pre-existing medical condition, dietary requirement or mobility concern should be informed at the time of booking.
Travellers must comply with all local laws, park regulations and safety instructions provided by guides and authorities.
Force Majeure
The company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay or alteration caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather, civil unrest, government restrictions, epidemics, airline operational issues or other force majeure events.
