The itinerary is planned based on the current operating schedule of attractions, ferries, and local conditions. The sequence of sightseeing may be changed without prior notice due to operational reasons, weather, traffic, or ferry schedules.
Hotel check-in time is generally 14:00–15:00 hrs, and check-out time is 11:00–12:00 hrs.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
A valid passport is mandatory during travel.
Bali Airport & Arrival
Immigration, baggage collection, and customs clearance may take time depending on airport traffic.
Your driver will wait at the designated meeting point with your name placard after you exit the arrival hall.
In case of any flight delay, kindly inform the local representative immediately.
Nusa Penida Tour
Nusa Penida is reached by speedboat, and sailing is subject to sea and weather conditions.
During rough sea conditions, ferry services may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled for passenger safety.
Roads on Nusa Penida are narrow and uneven; travel time may be longer than expected.
Comfortable footwear and light clothing are recommended.
Carry sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, drinking water, and a towel.
Swimming at certain beaches may not be permitted due to strong currents.
Gili Islands
Transfers to and from the Gili Islands are by fast boat and depend entirely on sea and weather conditions.
Boat schedules may change without prior notice due to operational or weather-related reasons.
There are no private cars or motorbikes on the Gili Islands. Local transport is mainly by bicycle, horse cart (Cidomo), or on foot.
Port taxes or harbour fees (if applicable) are payable directly by the guest unless specifically included.
Carry essential medicines, sunscreen, and cash, as ATM facilities are limited on some islands.
Lempuyang Temple
The famous "Gate of Heaven" photographs are taken using a mirror photography technique by local photographers.
Waiting time for photographs can range from 1 to 3 hours depending on visitor volume.
Visitors are required to wear a sarong while entering the temple premises (usually available at the entrance).
Dress modestly as this is an active place of worship.
ATV Ride
Basic riding instructions and safety equipment will be provided before the activity.

Force Majeure

Travel Documents
Guests are solely responsible for carrying valid passports, visas (if applicable), travel insurance, and all required travel documents.

Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, flights, ferries, transfers, and sightseeing services at the time of confirmation.
Rates are based on the current tariffs and are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
Payments
Payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule.
Failure to make payments within the stipulated timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.
Any increase in government taxes, airline surcharges, or supplier charges after booking confirmation shall be borne by the guest.
Hotel Policy
Standard hotel check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, and check-out time is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, unless otherwise specified.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may attract additional charges.
Hotel rooms are allocated based on the booked category and are subject to availability.
Transportation & Sightseeing
Transfers and sightseeing will operate strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.
Unused transfers, meals, sightseeing tours, or any other services are non-refundable.

Changes & Amendments
Any request for changes after booking confirmation is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, operational requirements, traffic, government regulations, or circumstances beyond its control.
Flights & Ferry Services
Flight and ferry schedules are subject to change, delay, or cancellation by the respective operators.
The company shall not be held responsible for missed connections, delays, or cancellations caused by airlines, ferry operators, or other transport providers.
Any additional expenses arising due to such disruptions shall be borne by the guest.
Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for carrying a valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months, valid visa (if applicable), travel insurance, and all other necessary travel documents.
The company shall not be responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended for all travellers.
The company shall not be responsible for any medical emergencies, accidents, baggage loss, flight disruptions, or personal losses during the tour.
Liability
The company acts only as an intermediary between guests and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, cruise operators, and local suppliers.
We shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our control.
Force Majeure
The company shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation, change of itinerary, or additional expenses resulting from natural disasters, adverse weather, volcanic activity, earthquakes, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, government regulations, or any other force majeure events.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to respect local laws, customs, religious sites, and environmental regulations throughout the journey.
Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or equipment by the guest shall be charged directly to the guest.
Acceptance
