Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Drive to Gangtok from Burtuk Helipad

  Meet and greet at the Airport/NJP Railway Station after which the journey commences.
  Duration: half an hour 7kms
  Distance: 128kms to Gangtok (5,500ft.)
  Overnight stay at Gangtok.

  • Themes : Mountaineering

• Day 2 : Gangtok

  Full day sightseeing at Banjhakri falls, and other places near to Gangtok
  Destination: Banjhakri Falls, Gangtok ropeway and others.
  Duration: Entire day
  Trip Description: Starting from morning go for a full day sightseeing covering places like Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Bhakthang Waterfalls,Banjhakri falls, Gangtok ropeway, Do-Drul Chorten, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (Sunday Closed) & Flower Show (Orchid).
  Overnight stay at Gangtok.

• Day 3 : Gangtok

  A trip to Changu lake and its nearby attraction.
  Destination: Tsomgo Lake (12,400ft) and 34kms from Gangtok
  Duration: Depends on the weather but normally 3hrs
  Trip Description: After a hearty breakfast start the tour to Tsomgo Lake (12,400ft, 34km). The lake is 1 km long, oval in shape and 50 ft deep. Here you can witness snow, snowfall (if you’re lucky) & Yak Riding. Visit to the legendary Baba Mandir. Optional tour to Nathula Pass (The Indo-China border) depends upon the availability of permit which costs an additional of Rs.5,000 per vehicle (Monday and Tuesday the pass is closed).
  Overnight stay at Gangtok.

• Day 4 : Drop at the Airport/Railway Station

  Drop to Bagdogra Airport / NJP railway station according to the schedule.
