You will be picked up from your preferred location or hotel in Chandigarh in a sophisticated cab to begin Agra and Mathura trip. Chandigarh to Agra distance is 459 km which takes about 7 hours. Agra to Mathura distance is 60 km which takes about 1 hour. The journey is a pleasant ride by car.


Upon arrival we see Taj Mahal

Taj Mahal: We explore the Taj Mahal, a splendid monument built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan between 1632-1654 A D in the memory of his wife Mumtaj Mahal. The monument takes on different coloring at different times of the day and it is believed that the changing color resembles the changing mood of the Emperor's queen. It took 2 decades to complete its construction and about a thousand elephants handled the transport of heavy building materials. After visiting the Taj Mahal we take some refreshment and drive towards Mathura.

Dwaarkadheesh Temple: The Dwaarkadheesh Temple is one of the most outstanding temples of Mathura. It was built in the year 1814. Its structural beauty and architectural splendor is just astonishing. Located in the centre of the city it is the most visited site of Mathura.



Krishna Birth place: The highly respected tourist spot in Mathura is the birth place of Lord Krishna. Legends claim the present temple is built over spot of the prison where Krishna was born. It is a must visit if you are in Mathura.



Rangbhoomi: Rangbhoomi is a spot of high mythological significance. According to mythology, this was the ground where Krishna killed his maternal uncle in a bout and set his parents free and end his tyranny.



Kusum Sarovar: This 450 feet long water body dating back to the time of Lord Krishna is an interesting spot. This deep water body has many flights of stairs. On half an hour walk from this place there is another famous place known as Radha Kunj.



After exploring major spots we begin back trip to Chandigarh for drop at preferred location.
