Dear Aneek, many thanks for making such a trip to Kashmir within a very short notice possible. We have planned for a trip to north Sikkim but due to landslides our trip canceled and we have contacted you. With in a day we were flying to Kashmir from kolkata. This was possible because of a perfect planning schedule.
Your travel agency , the effectiveness, the planning and on top the driver Azad were just perfect. We felt so comfortable although being so far from home. Everything worked out in time and perfectly; all the hotels were perfectly arranged as per our taste and We felt very safe and were treated like royals or VIPs. Good Service Consistently – Manjiri Bothate.
My trip to Munnar and Allepey house boat went without any major hiccups. Parag was in touch frequently and checked on us. Any minor issues we had were easily corrected. Our driver Rajesh was excellent and very friendly. His driving was safe and faultless. We had a good time during our Kerala trip. I booked the trip from UK. There were no issues with wiring the deposit from UK. The hotels were comfortable. The houseboat and the service was good, though the boat was not quite upto "premier" standards. On the whole, Shimla Kashmir tours were reliable.
