(If circumstances force you to cancel the Booking, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and
the following cancellation charges will apply.
(Prior to 31 days from date of departure - Non-Refundable booking amount 25% of the tour cost
(Between 30 to 21 days from date of departure - 50% cancellation of the tour cost
(Between 20 - 11 days from date of departure - 75% of the holiday cost
(Between 10 days or below from date of departure - 100% of the holiday cost
(Same cancellation policy will apply for postponements of bookings or in case of change of hotels during
the progress of tour.

(As a practice all international hotels take a security deposit at the time of check-in. The amount is
