About Camp

Talk of a camping,River Retreat has all the right components to make your camping experience a nice one. From evening Campfire to beach games, waterfall experience to body surfing in the River, Rafting to Adventure activities and treks, River Retreat has all the necessary ingredients to match your expectations in a camp. River Retreat offers 24 luxury tents with attached washrooms, spaced at an adequate distance from each other to maintain privacy yet closeness to set up a nice camping atmosphere. Open lawns, swimming pool deck serve as perfect venues for evening get together and campfires in the evenings.Located 26 kilometres from Rishikesh, on the Rishikesh Badrinath Highway is Marine Drive and the camp. It is one of the few camps located on the other side of River Ganges, which makes river and beach easily accessible for the guests staying at River Retreat. The approach to the camp also brings sense of adventure, as one has to actually trek 300mtrs from main road crossing the suspension bridge (like Lakshman jhula) to reach our camp. Cool isn't it?

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : reach the campsite

Once you reach the campsite, you will be received with a warm welcome by the camp staff.

After that, you can have your lunch and check into your tents.

Try your hand in the activities according to your interests and enjoy the access of river available at the campsite.

The fun-filled evening will be followed by a wholesome dinner.Overnight stay at camp

Day 2 : activites

Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the fresh breeze.

After breakfast, you will be ready for activites.

Rive back/public transport to the camp then depart to your own destination.

No Fire inside a Camp.
Camping is basic in nature. One must not expect luxuries.
Do not carry drugs/weapons/firearms/jewellery and valuables with you. Camp does not have locker facilities.
Drive or take Public transport with the help of camp and reach rafting starting location on your own.No rebate for meals and activities not consumed/availed. No Transport included.
Bonfire is common for everyone and depend on weather condition.
Rafting is not provided to children below 14 years.
You can carry your mobile phones/cameras as guides have a dry bag while rafting (no guarantee will be taken).
Use dustbins/dumpsters.
Guest need valid ID proof at the time of check-in.
No refund will be processed if the Adventures/Activities are cancelled due to Act of God or bad weather conditions.
During trip kindly take care of your personal belonging your self, Go Green Adventure & our vendors will not be responsible for the same.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :Child policy

Kids below 5 years are complimentry.

Kids 6-9 years would be charged 50% of above price.

Kids are not allowed for rafting

Cancellation policy

Cancellation 20 days before check-in: 100% refund.

Cancellation between 15-20 days before check-in: 50% refund of total paid amount.

Any cancellation between 7-15 days before check-in:30% refund of total paid amount.

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 15 bussiness days.

No refund in case of any natural calamities.
